I bought it 20 days ago and the color changed, I went to the store and they couldn't help me, they just cleaned it and thank you very much to that girl, but the black spots remained... They won't return it or remove it. Poor quality Pandora!

I arrived 10 minutes before closing to pick up my order, but when I got there, the door was already locked. I thought maybe they were securing the store, so I stood there patiently, waiting for a staff member. After a while, a staff member escorted another customer out but didn’t even acknowledge me. She quickly closed the door and whispered, “We’re closed,” without giving me a chance to ask a simple question. She knew I was standing there before escorting the customer out, yet she completely ignored me. Very poor customer service—won’t be coming back.
Response: The fact that you addressed other customers’s name but not mine while reaching out, shows how low the level of customer service this store has to offer. Did not even put in the effort to reach out to me while asking me to call them. I did not feel the sincere apology through your lack of effort. —Highly recommend others to not go to this store. —

Overall, I did not enjoy my time within this location. The workers are very rude and very entitled. There were three workers in the store, and as I was asking for help, they all were just in the back having their own conversation sitting down instead of providing help that was needed. The customer service is awful at this location. I suggest you to go to another location.

While this issue does not start with the store. The store was not helpful either. I attempted to place an order online to pick up in store because it stated that two were available, when I tried to check out it said the item was not available. I called the store and they said that their inventory matched what was online which was two available. I explained to them that I was unable to place the order and the store told me that there was nothing that they could do. I asked if they could take payment over the phone and they said no. I called customer service and wasted almost 5 hours of my life trying to figure out how to purchase the item. I email requested Pandora to call me back and I never received any kind of call. Fast-forward two days, I call customer service again and they told me to call the store to see if the store would honor the sale as I had proof that the system was not working. The store said they would not honor the sale. I called customer service back who transferred me to customer experience which said they were closed. I had to call customer service again After an hour on the phone with customer service, they said that they could not help me with the honoring of the price. I have spent thousands of dollars with Pandora and could not get help with one little transaction. This negative and awful experience has made me realize that I do not want to shop here anymore. Customer service is horrendous and Pandora needs to get their online store working properly. Even if I try to order them right now I still cannot do so because it says that it’s out of stock although it shows that it’s in Stock. What a waste of my time. As for the store, I would think if a customer calls your store while the sale is taking place and is stating that their system is having issues that they could lookup and see for themselves, as well as the customer trying everything they can to make the purchase would be given some sort of leeway. I don’t feel like I should have to waste 5 hours of my life and beg a company to take my money. Shameful.

Every time Pandora has a sale
I shop at the Bay Ridge Pandora store. Unfortunately I’m not able to shop when there’s no sale due to the high price of practically all items in the store. At the Bay Ridge store the girls are always very helpful and kind. I was there today to take advantage of the free bracelet sale and Vanessa went out of her way to help me. Always a pleasure to visit this Pandora location.

Such an unpleasant experience today, 05/04/2024 at approximately 11:00 AM , watching the ladies deal with an African American female customer . The customer was not able to keep her balance and she explained she has a back condition that affects her balance . The 2 ladies were laughing and talking about her directly in her face . Is this the customer service this location provides ? These 2 ladies were straight out mean , disrespectful and inappropriate. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS PANDORA AGAIN. The 2 ladies needs to be reprimanded immediately and perhaps take another course of customer service training . To the manager ….. please look at your cameras , more than enough evidence.

Worst pandora outlet, me and my mom asked what sizes for a ring and they lady said you don’t know you wring size? And got nasty and then refused service to us.
