DO NOT PURCHASE. My boyfriend and I had such a love/hate relationship with parachute - we love their bedding and sheets and how they look/feel. But these products do not last.We are on our second comforter in less than two years. Within months both completely became shredded on top. Our last comforter we bought in summer of 2023 and it’s already completely torn up (see image). The linen is just way too thin to be functional for something used as often as bedding. ALSO. If your bed is anywhere near a window (which, uh, most bedrooms do have a window), expect the color of your comforter to fade within months. But it’s not like, a nice natural fade. It’s blotchy and uneven and looks like someone threw bleach on parts of the blanket.Truly such a shame for how expensive these products are. Quality has def gone down in recent years. My boyfriend and I have finally learned our lesson and will avoid this company going forward. Parachute please do better,

During normal business hours, they held a private dinner event inside the store while allowing customers to shop. While searching for pillows, I found myself treated more like an alien than a customer by the staff. Although I was allowed to test the pillows, the experience felt awkward due to their ongoing event. One staff member was outride rude. This is neither how you schedule private events, nor how you treat customers. This unfortunate misstep in customer service ensures I’ll continue to shop at Brooklinen and Casper.

I love this place -- best duvets for the price, great linen sheets. After two years my fitted sheet started to tear and they replaced it, no problems. A class act all the way. Not inexpensive, but worth it.

Spent $400 on sheets that completely disintegrated within 8 months. Do not recommend for linen sheets...

I bought linen sheets here Christmas 2020. They have already have started to tear. They were quite comfortable but I can't give these a better review when they tear so quickly. Also I contacted customer service who were unable or unwilling to help. Employees were very nice at this store

We had a great experience shopping at the new location! We were looking to get entirely new bedding, towels etc as a wedding present and Will was extremely helpful. He walked us through the entire store and was super knowledgeable about every product!

It pains me to leave this review, because staff are friendly, their new Williamsburg store is lovely, I really find their products very appealing and attractive, but the quality is sub-standard on some of their top-priced items, so consumers, please take note. The "burnt sienna" duvet only lasted a year before it basically began to disintegrate. it became threadbare, so you could see our white comforter beneath the material of the duvet (photo is attached) and then bigger rips and tears began to appear. Parachute said "this is not what our quality should be" and sent us a new one, but after a year, the same thing happened, only worse. It began to disintegrate. This time Parachute basically said, b***** you're on your own. So we've ordered a new duvet from West Elm, and we're essentially out the $300 we paid for the duvet. On top of the tearing however, the duvet leaves an enormous amount of lint everywhere, it is basically like having an apricot-colored pet in your home, it sheds, and the stuff gets caked everywhere in your apartment. We washed the duvet rarely, and with gentle cleaners, so there is no real reason why two of these things wouldn't last a year, and at nearly $300, I'm pretty sure everyone who buys one would expect their duvet to last longer than a year and not have clumps of lint and fuzz everywhere. I'm leaving two stars because I bought a gray throw blanket for our sofa I-like-but-do-not-love and I bought one of their waffle bathrobes, which is a beautiful color, and is as soft as they promised, and has survived multiple gentle wash-and-dry cycles with none of its quality diminished. Unfortunately, I can no longer trust Parachute with higher-priced items like sheets, and other bed linens, because of our twin experiences using their duvet.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Covid precautions include steaming of items between handlings, and a doctor-style roll of paper unfurled on the trial bed and pillows, for testing. The space is cleverly divided into sections featuring the brand’s various offerings - from living room, to bedroom, bath, abd even kitchen abd dining. Store includes an assortment of curated third party goods like candles and toiletries.

Renata was SO pleasant and helpful. Great store experience. And they limit the number of ppl who enter the store and provide hand sanitizer so it felt very safe.

I love the products in this store - Especially the linen quilt. The individuals who work here are super nice and helpful. If you are in the market for bedding I would look online before coming to the store. It is hard to browse as the store is small and many items aren't displayed in all colors. There is some inventory in the store but a lot of stuff was sold out. They have items in the lower level of the store that they can bring upstairs, but I still ended up having to order a few items that weren't available in store. They did this for me in the store and the order arrived 1-2 days later. 5 starts for great products and amazing customer service.

So excited to see Parachute opening up a location in Brooklyn! Their products are the BEST, but what makes Parachute stand out is an even better shopping experience. The staff was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable on their products, and the store itself looks beautiful. Can’t wait to return sometime soon!
