I spoke to someone over the phone, 2 days prior making my way to the store. I was told by an employee at this location (I forgot his name) they had every part I had enquired about, I even asked hime if he was sure they had the parts... I got there to pick up the enquired parts, but they had none of the parts I had asked for... I was a bit upset. The customer rep said "I dont remember telling you we had those parts" Well after that comment, I made up my mind I will never be dealing with them again.. I went Auto Zone, they had all my parts, and they were life time warrantied.. So thank you parts authority...

Ismael Melendez service was horrible. He needs to work in the back packing boxes. He is slow and incompetent. Do not support this auto parts store. They have no customer service skills and they take ten days to process an order. He also holds onto your card too long and goes to the back. They are not making proper accommodations for these unprecedented times.

I just called to look up my part that I need to buy . A man picked up said that he had it in his store in long island city and price. I said thank you . Then he just changed up on me so rude. I didn't even ask if I can pay for it over the phone so that I can just pick it up, or anything . Not even going to get it from here now .
