They never answer the damn phone! I just had a simple question and can’t get them repeatedly for a week. Sometimes they obviously took the phone off the hook soI couldn’t call back. Sooooo unprofessional.

They lowblow very bad in here pawned a 14k gold chain for only 60$ wack go to the pawn on utica and empire give you way better prices and deals

#1 pawnshop I been to. The guy behind the window helped me when I needed it the most. This isn't the first time he helped me with a loan. He's a genuine honest young man and is willing to work with you. I had a iPad and with a passcode issue and he helped me reset my password that I forgot. He let me Use his Wi_Fi and walked me through step by step. I will forever return to this pawnshop . Great company ! Never
