Service and Communication Skills are acceptable. Money Orders have $0 fees and that's the best promotion they have nowadays!

I have never experienced anything like the customer service I saw today. The agent was extremely impatient and no care in the world. I am shocked this place is still open. If you don’t like your job just quit.
