While there were some delays in receiving contact lens orders, the overall in-person experience was reported as great, with polite and attentive service from the receptionists. Customers appreciate the patience and care provided by the doctors, who ensure they leave with the correct prescriptions and lenses.

Delano at the Montague St. store helped me pick out two perfect pairs. He also assisted me in navigating payment through my FSA so I saved money. Lizzy, the vision tech, set me at ease as she was screening me for eye disease. I will go back to Pearle for my next pairs of glasses.
