There was someone who always did a great job, and I have been going to her for years. Unfortunately, that person no longer works there. Someone else did my eyebrows this time. I spelled out that I did not want to change the shape, just clean around. My thick eyebrows are now as skinny as I never wanted to have them. One completely different from another. I told the worker, and instead of saying anything or even acknowledging how poor of a job she did, she stared at me like I am crazy. So annoyed that now it will take me forever to make my eyebrows look even again.

The service here by Nadia is very impressive. She is the top best worker, first off she is very clean(always makes sure to wash her hands after each customer)! Her work is magnicifent because of her skillful hands and honesty. Also the only worker that knows how to properly do an inside nose hard wax. Thank you Nadia

The only reason I come here is because of Nadia. She has the best hands ever. She is patient, professional, and skillful. She does a great job at threading eyebrows, and really is the only great one who knows how to wax perfectly. I’ve been to most perfect brows location and she’s the only one that stood by for the longest

DISGUSTING! I went in there for eyebrows & lashes. The heavy-set pakistani woman who was gluing lashes into my eyes dropped the pack of lashes on the ground.. she stepped on them with her dirty sneaker and picked it up and tried to glue the same lashes on my eyes! I stopped her and she said "I'm gluing the part which I didn't step on". I'm going to report this to 311

Horrible horrible horrible. Got an eyelash lift and it turned out super curly, not what I wanted AT ALL. After the lady finished doing my eyelash lift she said “yeah your eyelashes aren’t meant for a lash lift”. ?? DONT RECOMMEND.
