The store was disorganized… they did not have the food we needed for our rabbit and check out time was too long, even though only one person was ahead of us. So we went to another pet store.

Yes, this is a chain. However, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have an easy and easy out pick up option. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help. Everything is very easy to find. I definitely appreciate the folks there.

i only came here to see the pets and they are so cute!!! there's parrots, hamsters, mice, fish, turtles, etc. i love it!!

They have no carts because they were stolen. Ok fine I get that, but when you don't even offer to help your customers to their car when they have a lot of items especially some heavy ones, that is totally unacceptable!!!!! They only have hand held baskets. My daughter even asked the man at the register for help with 2 25 pound bags of rock salt and 2 big packages of wee wee pads and he told her she was good and that she could come back and make an additional trip. Obviously their staff and their management could care less about customer service!!!
