the PetSmart on Atlantic Ave in Brooklyn is trash and unfriendly. to many times I had an issue with them. this last time I was 10 minutes late so to traffic and they gonna tell me they can't take my dog now and cut him. I really dislike there service. on top of that they never put my puppy's shot information in their system so when I tried to take him to another one they had none of his shots in the system. I don't recommend going to them.

If you are looking for pet care this location is a NO. Limited appointments they never have a technician. The receptionist are very rude never answer the phones it's truly a hot mess. However the grooming salon is great I only got to the best Cameron she is so patient and gets the job done will continue to go to her and only her. She gets 5 Stars !!!

I dont know if they cut down on staff, but the last few times I came here, the isles are empty from staff and only 1 or 2 are at the check out. No one to discuss items and help with comparisons like before. Prices are average with a great selection of dog food a d cat food.

Absolutely ridiculous! They have a website to book appointments for grooming, except you won’t be able to find any available time for a year out(I only had the patience to scroll about a year since it’s a week at a time)! Stop offering these traps if you can’t fulfill the service, stop wasting people’s time! The only thing they want is to gather your personal information.

The experiences i have had so far were great. They groomed our dog, and it was great. My mother in laws (who has Alzheimers) has an aged dog that also needed grooming. They cared for the dog with love.5 stars for being professional and loving.

My Fur baby Tinkerbell was groomed by Alexus, under “Lexi G”. She was so gentle and just overall great with my puppy. It was her first grooming appointment and she was knotted. Lexi did her thing! I was unaware my baby had fleas and Lexi got right to it & made my baby feel so much better. Her cut was beautiful! Book Lexi for all grooming needs . Tinkerbell appreciates you girl! The workers are great her & overall helpful.

Been booking with them for grooming for LITERAL YEARS!!! I go to the groomer Madi, I literally swear by her she's simply the best. I've hit a block in the road when Madi switched her days of work so I had to book with someone new potential for my dogs grooming services. I understand that customer service jobs sucks i work at one to, but there is a way to act and respond. The last 2-3 times I've called in the past two months I'm always met with an arrogant ignorant tone simply for asking for the name for a name of a groomer that I simply can't recall in that moment? I'm calling to put money in your pockets and your mad at me...? be for real. For the last 5 years I've gone there almost every 3-4 months and now I have to find a new groomer for my pup because I don't tolerate disrespect. If you guess go there go for Madi, she's amazing and sweet and you can tell she loves everything she does but for the rest of them idk what kind of timing they on I just kno I don't fwi ty

I’m actually going out my way to leave this review only because it took so much of my time to get what I needed done. I came to return a fish tank that I no longer needed. Realized that I forgot my credit card I used at the time at home. My biggest problem is that the closing manager for the day insisted that I had to return home to have my physical card in order to get a refund. I know I was wrong for not having my card. I took the L and took the two hours to return back home to get my card. But when I came back the second time, I find out that they could have given me cash the first time I came in. I’ll be over the situation with in the next hour but it’s frustrating so I’mm taking it out on here.

I have to take one star off because they don’t have the widest selection of items. However, my Shih Tzu is groomed here by Mariona and she’s amazing with him. She’s the reason I keep coming back to PetSmart.

Worst pet store in all of Brooklyn. Went here today to pick up a very important rx food for my dog. Their website does not indicate any sort of delay to pick up rx dog food. Immediately after the online purchase we called Blue Pearl to authorize the order Bluepearl let us know our rx should be ready by 2:45pm. At 5:30pm I went to the store no one was at the online order pick up flag, one cashier had a line of 6 people. After waiting almost 20 mins to get to the front I get to the front and there's no record of my order even though I had an email confirmation and confirmation from my vet. The cashier paged her manager to try to come to the front but they clearly declined the request. She then asked another employee who finally appeared to help with the excessively long queue. The employee retorted oh 5-7 days for rx. I said no my vet called and they said 2:45 today and she said "well I don't know who your vet talk to" (very good grammar) and then went back to ringing the other customer. No further assistance. I was furious and I will admit i was not a happy camper when I left. When I walked out I saw the rude employee laughing with her customer about me. Yes so very funny. We called blue Pearl back and they were pissed, the pharmacist called back and apparently there was a protocol just now explained to them that you had to send the rx to the customer then you had to take it to the animal hospital and then they could fill the food order. Blue Pearl called out how no other pet store has such a crazy system. And No one got an explanation as to why the pharmacist nor myself got an explanation on what needed to be done. The employee certainly did not do her job at all because even if it takes 5-7 days (which it was confirmed it does not we were told it could be given to us this evening after our pharmacist talked to banfield) we never would have known the process because the careless employee wanted to spend more time brushing me off and laughing with her customer than doing her job. Shame on you.
