I needed a microwave in a pinch after my previous one broke. The nicest guy helped pick out a microwave and even put it in my cart. And the best part is it wasn't even expensive compared to other stores. The only issue is it's packed with products, so you have to squeeze through everything.

The salesman, Mr. Ma, ignored me and promised to call back to confirm the price, but he disappeared without a trace, as if he didn't have any worries about doing business.Sales person, Jacky Ma, promised return call for confirm price, however, never return call, seems they don't care the business, may be they thinking that Phoenix App is the only appliances store in NYC.

Booked service yesterday about repairing my refrigerator by Walk In. The employee marked down my address and phone # and tell me to wait for their phone call when they arrived. Waited whole day and haven't come, now I have to throw out all the foods. Unbelievable, wasted my time and budget of food supplies. IF you not coming, at least make a phone call saying you not coming. I went today, talking with them why you didn't come yesterday and do you have some time to send another worker. Literally, say NO TIME. I just want to say, you mess with the wrong customer. YOu not the only business around here. BAD SERVICE!!!
