A Children's store that is not child friendly! If you still want to shop here keep your little one at home. There is no space for a stroller, which I understand as the store is quite small. However One of the workers took it upon herself to make a comment to my child, who was not misbehaving or being mischievous whatsoever, she was just looking at a book and I do not leave my child unattended when shopping. Seems like she has little patience with children. Disappointing.I love the brands they carry (especially Pink Chicken dresses) but I walked right out of there sadly.

I have been to this place countless times, and spent many dollars on birthday gifts and presents for my children over the years. The things I like about the store is that it's small, convenient, and curated. With that being said, I will never spend another dime with this business. The customer service is atrocious. The second I walked in the store instead of being greeted friendly the lady tells me "just so you know, your stroller will not fit beside the jelly cat display." I was definitely taken aback considering I had hardly gotten in the store, and the jelly cat display was near the back. Even though I felt like I was inconveniencing the sales associate, I went against my better judgment, and continued to look for a gift. I picked out two cars, one for my two year old son, and one for one of his friends. As we were deciding which cars to purchase, she proceeds to ask me (instead of helping us), to move my stroller so that other people can get by. At this point, no one else was trying to get around me. The way that she made me feel was so condescending and demoralizing. It's obvious that the sales associate has no consideration for the very people that the owner is trying to serve. Please do yourself a favor and avoid supporting stores that do not support families.

A worker yelled at me for trying to maneuver my stroller through the store - ITS A KIDS STORE. Make it accessible for people with strollers.

Placed an order online for a dress for my daughter that was out of stock everywhere else I looked. It arrived the next day beautifully packaged. So happy to have found this store will absolutely be purchasing from them in the future!

So genius to have installed an automatic sliding door for people with strollers! and a nice pretty selection of cute special occasion clothes for babies and young kids.I also took note of a good selection of Jellycat plushies and loved discovering the cool sketch drawing board gifts. So if you’re in the area and need last minute baby shower or birthday gift you’ll probably definitely find something good here.Things are of course a little pricey but it’s Brooklyn :) and at the end of the day your kids or your nieces and nephews are young and little only once.

I dislike this place with a passion. Their selections are usually cute, but so over priced. I about had a heart attack when I saw a sweatsuit I got from here at Costco for of the price. There's also an employee there that's consistently rude. A kids store that's not kid-friendly.

Cute clothing but horrible management. I would go back to see what they had but buy the same product elsewhere. My friend and I walked in and were instantly yelled at because we weren’t wearing masks- while the woman who worked there had her mask below her chin. Then I was told my 12month old wasn’t allowed to have water in the store(I keep his water bottle on his seat so he always has access).I found a pair of swim trunks that I wanted to purchase but I was told you had to purchase BOTH the swim trunks and the rash guard because they were a “set” but you had to buy each piece individually. The trunks were 48 and the rash guard 42. I found them online from the company and they didn’t have to be purchased together there.

Love this place. Great selection of children clothes, accessories and holiday assortments. I even find things for myself. Who doesn’t need some bunny ears or birthday signs? My nieces love it because I got it from NYC.

It was by chance that I stumbled upon this adorable children's store. There are a variety of books, toys, and unique merchandise available at the store. Their clothes are absolutely adorable. The owner, sales manager, and staff are all very friendly, helpful, and eager to help you find the perfect gift. In addition to being decorated for every holiday, their windows are as whimsical as well. It's a favorite among the neighborhood children!! This is a great place to go if you need a gift for a newborn, toddler, or 6 year old! There is also a sister store called Disco that is just as amazing and fun as this one!

****gotta love when people who are “married to people of color” or are “friends with people of color” can tell people of color how they feel or how they’re allowed to feel. Also as for being the most stroller friendly store in brooklyn. I’m sure every stroller owning mother can attest to the opposite. Instead of just apologizing for an unpleasant experience you decided to attack every point I made as if my feelings were invalid. As for leaving my sleeping daughter in the front of the store while I scan the back- I didn’t feel comfortable doing that as there were others also navigating the very small space but thanks for telling me what to do with my child :) Congrats I wasn’t coming back before and I’m definitely not now!****** Been in here a few times. Was feeling iffy about it as it made me feel a little watched and uncomfortable as I often might feel as a black woman shopping. Today was the final straw when okay whatever had to drop my drink off at the front but then was told I couldn’t bring my stroller to the back bc I’d push everything….I’ve brought my stroller to the back before and never had an issue…also for a children's/baby store that’s pretty inconvenient and not very mother-friendly. At that point I just left bc it’s not worth it when everything they sell can be bought online cheaper. Won’t be going back. If you’re a children’s store accommodate children and mothers!!!!!!!especially mothers with sleeping babies in their strollers!

Really adorable kids clothes, but crazy expensive. I didn’t give two stars for the price though, I gave two stars for the customer service. I was persuaded into buying and extra outfit in case the other didn’t fit- later to find out they don’t do returns, just exchanges. In addition, every time I go in the woman working is very uncomfortable. Makes me feel like my child and I are in the way and an inconvenience. Now I’m stuck with a $125 gift card to a store I’d prefer not to go into.

After being told I could exchange an item, the owner yelled at me in front of other patrons and claimed I was lying. I could careless about the exchange but the very rude treatment was deeply unappreciated. I called in advance letting them know I wanted to exchange gift that was brand new with tags. I gave them the product name and number on the tag mentioning that I would be coming an hour commute in order to visit the store. After double checking that this would be ok, the woman on the phone said it was no problem but when I arrived the owner started by yelling “No!” and in general was incredibly rude. She tried to embarrass me after saying that I didn’t speak to anyone at the store and won’t do anything. She mentioned there were four people at the store who worked there but even though she didn’t ask all of them, she repeated that I did not speak to them. It was so inappropriate that I didn’t even press her to check with the other employees after she claimed to call one. I can’t believe (especially at the holidays) that someone speaks to customers that way in front of other customers.
