the taste of the frozen yogurt was all right, and “all right” set the ceiling for my experience at Pinkberry.remember that time at middle school when you wanted an extra mozzarella stick and the lunch lady told you to f--- off and take some carrot sticks? no, just me? well anyway, if you’d like to relive that experience of mine with me, I’d recommend stopping by Pinkberry at 4PM on a Monday so you can receive a nice cold greeting from the eternally ticked-off cashier with the ugly tattoo on her arm.unlike most of Pinkberry’s competitors, prices are set to the size (not weight) and thus my not-so-lovely cashier felt incentivized to pinch pennies and leave air pockets all over my sad little bowl of yogurt.here i lie, stomach empty, disappointed with my Pinkberry experience. I’d recommend this location only to my ex-girlfriend so she can yet again feel disappointed. Otherwise, stay far away.Until next time, comrades. I look forward to reviewing another location soon.

The prices are set to $6.34 for a small with no toppings, those are $1.60 extra. No samples and there were large air pockets in each of our cups (4 of them). The worker with a nose piercing and tattoo on her left hand was incredibly rude and rushing my family with eye rolls and exasperation. Avoid this chain at all costs. They bring shame on the froyo experience.

My recent visit to Pinkberry left me with mixed feelings. While the yogurt itself was delightful, the experience was marred by incredibly poor customer service. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that the staff lacked professionalism and courtesy. One particular employee, a black gentleman seated at a table, seemed disinterested and impatient. Instead of greeting customers with a smile and offering assistance, he remained seated until prompted by customers to take their orders. His demeanor was far from welcoming; it felt as though he was doing us a favor by acknowledging our presence.Once I began to place my order, his impatience became even more apparent. He rushed me through the process, bombarding me with questions and showing a complete disregard for my preferences. Rather than allowing me a moment to consider my options, he repeatedly interrupted with a curt "What else?" His lack of patience made me feel rushed and uncomfortable, and his attitude was nothing short of disrespectful. It's disheartening to see such disregard for customer satisfaction, especially in an establishment like Pinkberry. Customer service is the cornerstone of any successful business, and it's clear that this particular employee missed the memo. I left Pinkberry feeling dissatisfied and frustrated, with no intention of returning anytime soon.

My girl likes Pinkberry and I was in the area. This was my first time in the actual store, and safe to say I won't be returning. The worker got me so upset that I am writing my first google review. The worker with the tattoo on her left arm is horrible. I don't advocate for people to lose their job, but shorty needs a reality check. Money is money, so she should be grateful she has a job. If she is not happy, she needs to leave and find her niche. She asked me if I was there for pick up. Told her no. She was on the phone, on speaker, and asked to give her a sec. No problem. While on speaker, she proceeds to ask me "what I want". Not how can I help you or what would you like. She asked what I want but is talking on phone. Mind boggling. I say the order and with no cares in the world she says we out of the ice cream you want. I left the establishment but definitely expressed how I felt. Her excuse "I was talking to my boss". Then the boss sucks just as much. An unpleasant experience nonetheless. The owner of this Pinkberry must make a lot of money that they have not addressed the elephant in the room.

Additional feedback: Their toasted almonds tasted stale. The staff apparently don't read online order instructions.Placed an online order and specifically asked for the toppings to be put on the side because I wasn't going to eat it right away, but they didn't bother and put all the toppings on top of the ice cream. Now, I have to eat mochi hard as rock.

I’ve tried to come here twice, weeks apart, and was told their system was down both times and that they are only taking cash. Completely ridiculous that they can’t get their card readers to work with failure on multiple occasions. Not sure if I’ll ever try again since it seems to be a regular thing.

0 Stars. I went there with my family and toddler on Tuesday (November 21, 2023), around 9:32 pm. All exits and entrances were locked, despite the business hours on the door and website stating 10 PM. When I knocked and spoke to someone behind the glass, they mentioned, "we are closed." I proceeded to call their store. They answered and confirmed their closing time as 10 pm. When I asked why the store was closed, the person said, "Business is slow today; therefore, they closed early." I followed up by asking, "Who am I speaking with?" She replied, "The manager," and hung up. This was not fair, and I had a horrendous customer experience. Despite positive experiences at other PinkBerry locations, this one, with the female "Manager," was truly saddening for my family and me. I won't visit another PinkBerry again. Please investigate the female "Manager" for potentially leaving early after her shift.

Freaking love the yogurt here, so many flavors to pick from. And their prices are great too. Not to mention they have so many flavors to pick from.

I love this place. The fruits are always fresh, and they are always ready to serve. They are also very patient with the little ones.
