Always having a paper towel problem. No gym trainer, even though they said it's included in the black card subscription. When I asked, they said he won't be at the church location, that I have to go to the one on Empire Boulevard. Like, what? But it's a great gym. Do not regret the money. Nobody's perfect.🙂

the staff are always soo friendly and helpful! when it's not busy, this place is great, but it can get crowded pretty quickly. there's not a ton of open space, so when it's busy i often find myself with nowhere to stretch, which sucks. other than that, a water bottle refill station would make this 5 stars!
