  I needed a same-day repair of a plastic panel in my car that had gotten dislodged after another repair. I walked in here without an appointment and the team here was so unbelievably nice and helpful. They were able (and happy) to accommodate me, fixed what needed fixing, and didn’t even want to charge for (what I guess was) a simple fix. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and really helped a girl out :) I was so grateful for the honest help on short notice and will absolutely bring my business back here when I need it and suggest you do, too!

  The guys at poly repair really helped me out. My car kept trying to overheat, and the garage I went to at first, it took me 3 weeks to go back and forth and it still wasn't fixed. My friend recommended me Poly Repair and I went, explained what happened. It took these guys one day to find the problem and fix it fully. Instead of going back and forth for 3 weeks with the other place. I'm forever grateful, for the kind service, detailed explanation, and fixing the problem. Thank you guys!

  As a new driver, a woman and owner of my first car, a 10 year old car purchased with over a 110K miles on it- I needed to find a reliable, knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy auto repair mechanic. I found that at Poly with William and his team. I have heard too many stories about women in my case who have not been as lucky. They did the initial inspection and servicing. Two years in, my very “seasoned” car has had a couple of bumps along the road… like a cracked transmission case ( NYC’s raised manholes are mean) and most recently my starter gave out. They have been promptly, professional, budget friendly and very kind. I’ve recommended everyone I know… and now on Google I’m recommending to you all.

  I must admit that I was quite reluctant to give Poly auto repair a try after being traumatized by so many auto repair shops over the years L&M auto repair on Utica Ave, Kraft German Auto, MINHS of downtown Brooklyn, BMW of Bayside, Helms Mercedes Benz of Queens and M-Spec auto repair the dealers alternative in Glendale Queens the so called “mechanics mechanic” where other mechanics send their vehicles to get inspected & smoker tested, they said that my 2014 ML-350 basically had one foot in the grave and told me to either sell or donate my vehicle. However after reading Williams reviews I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt. William did his own smoke test zeroing in on the root cause of the problem which was an incorrectly seated camshaft sensor and a misaligned air intake manifold which was badly damaged and causing my vehicle to shake during stops. Once he addressed those 2 specific issues my vehicle is now running smoothly & purring like a kitten again!!! I rarely have time to sit down and write reviews for anyone, unless they’re actually good and really know what they’re doing. William does not have these 5 star ⭐️ reviews for nothing, he’s honest, straight forward, professional, and his prices are fair and reasonable, he’s a keeper, the real deal, kudos to him and his team.I finally found a mechanic I can actually trust, I will be sticking with him for all my auto repair needs!!!

  Great customer service skills, Does good work in a timely manner. I had two headlights not just the bulbs, but the headlights to be replaced, they replaced it in less than two hours rewiring the cords and everything, price was very reasonable.
