I advise you all please do not eat at this place. I had chicken the other night and I got severely food poisoned. I don’t understand how it’s in the right nature of humanity to be serving this kind of food that causes people to feel absolutely sick after. Caution the food that’s served here is not for human consumption. It’s for research purposes only! it’s to feed the cows and animals. Not for human I repeat.

I ordered food from a Popeyes in Bed-Stuy and it was great, I also tried the new strawberry biscuit and liked it a lot. I wanted to order the same strawberry biscuit from the location closer to my home, and the price is 6.99 for one biscuit!!!! For just one! Not only that, my exact same order at this location is more expensive than when I ordered in Bed-Stuy. Also, I was able to get 2 strawberry biscuits for $5! Not one for 6.99 which is an absolute rip off. I placed my order on uber eats, and let me tell you it is a rip off. When I saw $6.99 for one biscuit I erased my entire cart. That is so shady and ridiculous pricing. Why do Popeyes have different prices? Both locations are in Brooklyn. This is inconsistent and shady. So needless to say I'm skipping out on the biscuits and ordering from this business cause I don't think I'll ever get over 6.99 for one biscuit.

Let me tell you about my story. I walked into the restaurant not expecting to order anything; however, I was intrigued by the advertisement of the garlic Parmesan wings. My intrusive thoughts won and I order a combo: 6 pieces of garlic Parmesan wings, Mac and cheese for the side, and a Dr. Pepper. For starters, to call these chicken wings “garlic Parmesan” is an insult to any other garlic Parmesan chicken wing simply because it is just fried chicken with a couple squirts of garlic Parmesan over it. I would’ve trusted a 4 year old child to make these wings better. To call their Mac and cheese is absolutely disgraceful, it is just cheese. It tasted so awful I couldn’t even continue after one spoonful, or should I say sporkful because they don’t have any other utensils. The only reason this isn’t a 1 star is because their Dr. Pepper was very good, I essentially paid $14 for some cardboard and a good soft drink.Sincerely,Rami

I was just there and wanted to buy chicken, as always. but the staff didn’t even respond to the greeting, as if they were deaf. it was 7:40 and perhaps they wanted to go home since they were cleaning, but I would like them to answer me and not stand with their backs to me without answering

Ordered 10 piece from them. Asked for leg and thigh Popeyes always hit. I got home after 5 min and the chicken was still crispy and delicious. This is one of my fav things to eat with rice. The chicken legs were tiny though compared to the thigh. Some were so small it looked like it couldn't came from part of a wing. Once you order, less than 5 mins, you get your meal ready to go. This is the Popeyes that I do frequent when I'm craving

The customer service is really disgusting. This place is a disappointment to human society. When I ordered a large tender at this place, they gave me a small so I went back and asked for my large. Not only they did not apologize, they threw the order they fixed at me, and didn't apologize. This place is really bad, and does not give any of their attention to customers. I do not recommend this place. Plus, the food is too salty.

I always order the 24pc nuggets and 4pc chicken combo. The nuggets are always tender and crispy even the next day. My friend says that the pieces of chicken are nice sizes not the little pigeon portions some places offer. I hope that their quality of food continues. I would love to see a spicey nugget. So the best Popeyes I’ve eaten.

Today I ordered the 24pc nuggets and some other items through Uber Eats . Now their corporate office would be so proud of them! Everything was perfect! Nuggets are so crispy and tender (I'll never eat another McNugget again). (The Popeyes on Surf Avenue, their chicken has no flavor, awful)) . Whatever the manager and staff are doing please don't stop. Kudos to you!
