JANELLE AND Christine was a great help , They made sure they gave me an affordable rate and the right size. If you're looking for a storage place I will definitely recommend here, it was my first time renting a storage and they made sure that I was aware of all the policies beforehand.

Just moved out of Prime Storage on 1084 Rockaway Ave in Brooklyn NY. Christine was a big help to us over the years...she helped to make a sometimes stressful situation less so. She very always friendly and nice. Thank you very much Christine. Take care.

I visited Prime Storage today, March 29, 2024 and had an awesome experience. I was assisted by both, Christine and Jenelle, Who were patient, informative and attentive to my needs. I was able to secure the appropriate size storage unit at an affordable price after being assisted with viewing several units. Both were professional and pleasant and a pleasure to work with.
