These other reviews must have been with a previous ownership!The store was a mess, stuff everywhere. I was barely greeted and when acknowledged by the woman behind the counter, she could have cared less about me being a paying customer.The music was blasting she finally turned it down after 2 mins trying to communicate.She was SO rude and it's a shame because a lot of business owners in the neighborhood are great. I wanted to support my local business but I clearly won't, especially after quoting prices for a simple embroidery that was out of normalcy compared to personalization stores in Manhattan.

Love supporting black owned businesses and I even tried to give them more then 1 chance.Now I paid in full before receiving my items and u was told it would be ready in a week.Thats definitely was not the case had to wait 2 weeks instead of 1 and to put insult to injury. The chubby lady who does most of the talking. Has the worst attitude I ever seen in customer service she is the the only reason I'm writing this review. I mean I had 2/3 different times that I had interactions with this women and every time the same thing jus a disgusting attitude as if she was doing me a favor and supporting my business. With that being said if u don't mind the attitude then sure do ya business with them. NEVER PAY UP FRONT I DID AND NOW IM STUCK WITH 150$ WORTH OF MERCHANDISE THATS NOT EVEN SELL WORTHY. PLS PLS STAY FAR AWAY FROM THE BUSINESS AND TRUST ME I FEEL BAD WRITING THIS REVIEW ONLY BECAUSE ITS BLACK OWNED

Worked with Isaac & Vanessa for T-Shirts this year all of June & July; for my Annual Friends & Family Day event, the first weekend in August and things got down to the wire because I am located outside of NY; however, they totally worked with me and got all the shirts in time and before our event and everyone was happy. Even had folks on the day of our event wishing they could’ve ordered a shirt.

We had memorial t-shirts printed by this establishment for a loved one who passed away. Not only were the shirts not ready on time but the women that work there were giving us attitude for complaining about the merchandise not being ready. Then to make matters even worse after wearing the t-shirts and then washing them all of the print washed off completely! They will never get business from me never!!!

Where do I start? They had great service. I believe the guy who initially helped me was the manager. He went above and beyond to make sure I got my print job done and they got it to me when I needed it. They charged me $7 dollars extra than what I was quoted by the manger, but it was all good. Quality was good and I’m definitely going to use them again! Glad to have this store in the neighborhood and owned by us.
