The low tire air warning light on my car had been lit and we had stopped at three different gas stations with air pumps. The pumps were happy to take my quarters but none of them worked properly. My wife and I were going to give up but we happened to come across Pro 1 Tire Service in Brooklyn by chance. We stopped and asked if they could help us with some air. Dominic said no problem. He topped off all four tires to make sure they were all ok. We tried to give him a tip but he wouldn't take it. Very nice guy. The next time I need some new tires I will definitely check them out. Thanks, Dominic.

I called ahead about a flat and was told to bring it in. After they found out the tires were stabbed, I was refused service with a leaking tire, kicked out, and had the police called on me. Thankfully the police recommended a tire shop that would actually work to fix a flat.

Today was my second time going into this tire shop. The first time was for two new tires on my old car. This time, I needed one new tire on my current car. Both were very pleasant experiences. Each time, they serviced my car right away and offered me complementary coffee on arrival. I will continue supporting this family business for any future tire needs. Can't beat the service, and you can't beat the price!

Came in with a flat tire and even though they were busy it was taken care of immediately - in and out in 15 minutes and the employees were so kind. Can’t recommend this place enough!
