Absolutely unacceptable customer service from your property manager, Milagro.
I called today simply asking for help with my account, as I’ve had my belongings in storage for a while now. Life happens, and you never know what someone might be going through — but Milagro clearly doesn’t care. Instead of offering assistance, she hung up on me, told me to “Google the customer service number,” and continued to speak to me in a belittling, nasty tone.
This isn’t the first time I’ve been disrespected by her. She lies and says I “always call with an issue,” but what she really means is: I don’t let her talk to me like I’m beneath her. News flash: being a customer doesn’t mean I have to tolerate abuse just to get basic help.
Milagro is unprofessional, bitter, and clearly in the wrong job. If working at Public Storage makes her this rude and miserable, maybe it’s time to let someone else take over who actually respects paying customers.
Until management steps in and replaces her, I cannot recommend this location to anyone. You risk being mistreated every time you need something.

Jazmine, the property manager at this site, is outstanding! so professional and precise while also being warm and kind. I observed her interactions with other customers as well as with us and that manner was consistent with everyone. she is amazing!

Milagros was at Public Storage was an absolute rockstar! She went above and beyond to help me during a really difficult time. She was not only super helpful and patient, but also full of laughter! she had me laughing when I needed it most!). Her energy truly brightened my cloudy day, and I’m so grateful for the kindness and support she showed me. Thank you for making a tough day a little lighter.

Jazmine really is a blessing! Moving is already stressful and all the extras in between. Since I've come in, Jazmine has been so helpful from renting the units I wanted, making sure my locks work, and answering every question that came up. She helped me and my daughter move in go smoothly and believe me it did not feel like that on my end. I appreciate you Jazmine! Thank you for your help in all this

Shenese has been such a great help and service, I stopped to write this review! From the time of my greeting walking into the facility, it’s been all positive vibes. Shenese has answered questions, guided me around the facility, and even helped offering tools that I was short on to successfully finish my move successfully. I really appreciate Jazmine's help. Me and my husband made a reservation and Jazmine took her time to explain and show us the difference between what we reserved and what we actually wanted. She answered all of our questions and most importantly...she was very patient to make sure we were making the right choice. She made the entire process as smooth as it could be and nothing at all felt rushed. We left happy she was able to help us.

I've been using this location since 2017 and it has been a pleasure. Jasmine at the front desk even helped me through updating my space according to my current needs and was able to help me bring some of the cost down by transitioning units. Great customer service!
