Great customer service. I needed to clean my storage units and Tamara offered her supplies to contribute to my cleaning day. She also gave me a drink to quench my thirst on the extremely hot day we were experiencing . Thank you to Tamara everything has been going smoothly.

The customer service here is top notch - both Annalise & Tamara are incredibly helpful, and I greatly appreciate the time each of them has taken to answer my questions and address concerns. There are many storage unit options in the area, and I am glad to have found such a convenient location with wonderful employees.

I just want to thank Tamara and Analise for their help and kindness today. They went out of their way to help me. Today was my move-in day and there was an issue with the first unit they assigned me. There were no other units the same size available (I had the smallest one) but to accommodate me they transferred me to a larger unit while letting me keep the same price. I can't think of any other storage unit company that would do that for their customers--but this only happened because Tamara was so persistent in helping me solve it. She also was very hands on and walked around with me quite a bit when I was having trouble with my elevator code. Above and beyond!! I will be able to travel and leave my vinyl records and sentimental belongings with peace of mind, all thanks to them! I can't thank you enough!
