I had two storage spaces here one for about 3 years on time direct payments from 400 bucks to paying 605 now it went up The second storage I had for one month paid on may 1st 2025 in cash went upstairs to it and move some stuff around in the 605 dollar one and decided I no longer needed the one for 215 went back downstairs took them there lock and key and ask for money back in cash like I gave to them 20 minutes ago They said I would get a check in the mail its been 2 weeks now am being told 6 to 8 weeks I am moving out of town before 6 to 8 weeks and need my money and can’t give my new address do to safety reasons Why not give it back in cash Never saw this in writing on my contract paperwork You call it’s hours waiting for someone to pick up and everyone is giving a different story about my cash I finally got the truth today about 6 to 8 weeks They also wouldn’t give there name to who I was speaking with only there first name most of the time it’s a language barrier I spoke to Michael who clearly load about who to speak to for this matter He gave me a wrong number to a supposed to be owner Connie B was helpful but confused to what was going on and why it would take so long to issue the money after it was approved to be refunded I guess I will have to talk with my lawyer tomorrow about this Terrible service Terrible if I was to make them wait a day or more to pay my bill My stuff would be auctioned off immediately Treat your customers the way you want to be treated professional /business wise and fair I want my money why I have to wait so long after approval? It doesn’t sound right That’s over a month 2 months Very unprofessional these people are Only in poor neighborhoods this is done

I signed up for a storage unit at the Fulton Street location in Brooklyn. NY. First the prices were more than economical. They were puzzling to the point that I thought I might be renting a mailbox size unit. But I got a 5 foot by 5 foot unit. Anniel assisted me and she was so pleasant. I feel like I could invite her to lunch. Alright confession I did! Lol😁
The staff makes the price and surprising value the perfect deal. I also met Hilary who also helps hold down the fort. Check out the public storage on Fulton Street, you will be made better by the remarkable chance encounters you have with the staff. And you'll Crack a smile every time you think of the value.
