I highly recommend this Public Storage location for all your storage needs. For our family, storage is an absolute necessity since we are dealing with my husband's disability and needed to move back home. Hanakay is our main contact there and she always goes above and beyond to help us navigate the often difficult terrain of needing to store our life away until better times. She is professional, skilled, knowledgeable but most importantly compassionate. Often accessibility and accommodation is still difficult for those living with disabilities but here at this location it is top tier.

Hanakay was amazing! Very thorough with storage unit selection, pricing, access to site, billing, etc. Was able to answer all my questions and more. Made my first storage unit experience great! If you are in need of help Hanakay is the person to see.

Thomas is truly a gem. He went above and beyond to help me find the best storage unit for my needs. I'm downsizing for a few months and had to arrange everything at the very last minute—but thanks to Thomas, what could have been a stressful situation was made incredibly easy. Had a great experience with Hanakay. She was very patient and helpful. She stayed on the call bone with me while I paid for my unit and she walked me through the process and explained everything to me. I highly recommend renting from here

I have been storing here since 2016 when hanakay came as the manager .I like her and she is always helpful knows her job with a blindfold on lol . The new guy Thomas is also a nice guy .I say anyone need la storage to come here .

I visited public storage today and was looking for a space. I was worried at first because there was no convenient space available. However, after Hilary looked in the computer and saw what space was available she helped me with the perfect space. It was prefect in size and location. It was such a pleasure to work with Hilary and she is very helpful and professional. She is the reason public storage has my business right now as I need my basement renovated before the end of the summer. Thank you Hilary.
