2461 Knapp st location very clean & quiet not to much traffic the workers are great I usually stop by for tape & a few boxes & to use the bathroom!! Which is always clean the women at the front desk Natishia I hope I spelled it right lol !! One of a kind thank u for Your help she’s such a sweetheart!!! I wanted to leave a review for this locatiOn for some time great customer service! Thank u

I have only had the 5' x 10' unit for 10 days and didn't rush to start bringing in items, but so far, so good. Getting the elevator to work was a little confusing at first, but that was a me problem (lol).
On my first day of dropping off items I went into the office/desk person. She was wonderful; Extremely helpful, was very patient answering all my questions, and was pleasure to speak with.
My only reason for 4 stars is because this location only had 1 of 2 elevators working at this time.

I’ve had a great experience with Public Storage! The facility is always clean, secure, and well-organized. The staff are friendly, professional, and go out of their way to help — they made the rental process quick and easy, and explained everything clearly. Access to my unit is convenient, and I feel confident that my belongings are safe. Highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable and affordable storage!

Honestly, an all around terrible experience. Often, there’s not enough carts so I have to hand carry heavy things to and from the unit. One of the only two elevators is constantly out of order and as of today 01/17/2025, BOTH elevators are out of order. The working hours are silly for anyone working a 9-5 as they are only open 9:30-6. I can’t wait to move my stuff out. Oh, and the day I moved in, there was a raccoon on the ceiling wire fencing.

Great facility but their hours aren't accessible. Closing at 6pm on weekdays doesn't really help those working a 9-5 with a commute home! I wish they stayed open until at least 7pm.
