The staff is literally amazing and down to earth people!! I got to the storage a couple minutes after closing and these people was ready to go, jackets on and all!! But they still allowed me to run upstairs and get what I needed which took about 30 mins!!! I want to give a special shout out to RICO!!! He was literally soooo kind!! I appreciate everyone so much

Storage prices are reasonable the Facility is clean and well maintained. I would give 4 stars if it was for the fact that you are forced to pay for storage Insurance. I should have the choice if I want insurance or not.

This store is amazing, the way I was being helped in the store was 5 star. They showed me the space even though I had no reservation. They help me get the best space 5 star to the staff, Luis, Nadia, Siquena!

The worst place ever why because, there are no cameras in the proper areas which would be where the items are actually stored.
Purchased Insurance just to tell me that the burglary of all my items is not valid for insurance. Even with a police report, with proof their new employee is incapable of writing down and providing the correct number to the gate/ storage. My key wouldnt have even go in to my lock any longer. Non of my items where in my storage even though I was paying and again purchased renter insurance.
Spent my entire summer without a/c units and son without a bike. So if you do decide to go here because you are desperate.
Write down all names of who you speak to take a video of where they tell you to put your stuff in and ask for copies of what you did today.
Employees are horrible and company is the worst.

Staff have habit of leaving the site and customers are left waiting for return and accommodations are minimal for assistance.

I came in and was assisted by manager Tariko Jackson he answered everything I needed to know and had such a positive attitude I was having a bad day his customer service really brightened me up !!!

Best store ever nadia and luis are the BEST they help me solve my issue with the spade ASAP! I love when there in they truly help me every time I either ask for her or for him no matter if I have to wait for them to finish with another customer ! 5 star service!
