Great experience with this shop. Admittedly, I don't have a car. But I do have a bike, and I hit a pothole just outside of this shop. My chain got jammed between the cassette and the rear fork and I couldn't get it unstuck. I brought it across the street and a kind gentleman from Punctual Auto got it unstuck in about a minute. I was very happy to have broken down where I did - kind people work here. Highly recommend.

These complete jerks also rent U-Hauls. I rented a U-Haul from then on a Friday and told them I would be returning it Sunday. On Sunday evening I dropped it off and dropped the keys in their drop box as they asked. However, Monday was a holiday and they decided to be closed. Tuesday morning they open and charge me for renting through Monday. I faxed them a note along with a copy if my airline boarding pass showing that I was on a flight back to California on Monday morning. I couldn't exactly be in two places at once! Then later when I call, the rude jerk says I could have had someone else drop it off Monday. Like I would leave the state and leave something that expensive with someone else, really! Then the jerk says I should have called their 800 number and told them I was dropping it off. Yes, this idiot actually said that. It would be much easier for me to call and say I'm dropping it off Sunday but really stay in town and drop it off Monday than it would be for me to leave town Monday morning on a flight to California. Don't trust these idiots.
