Came across Qualified Hardware by accident, best find ever. Dealing with large commercial door hardware suppliers is a big cat and mouse game. The larger companies have lead times that completely stall projects in their tracks. Now that we use qualified hardware we have the same hardware within a few days. I recently worked with Joel, I asked for information on a concealed floor closer. All of our other suppliers gave us a 8-10 week lead time for the replacement arm we needed. Joel took all the information and jumped on it. Within 2 days we had the replacement arm.

I've called a couple of times with questions and always had good responses from someone who was most likely in Brooklyn, New York. I love this site. Very easy to navigate, ordering door closers is nice and easy. I get my product the next day which is a plus without overnight shipping. I work for a hospital so I need my parts quick.
