The site is very easy to access. The online scheduling and the mobile “check-in” make everything quick and simple. The screen in the waiting room to know that you’ve checked in is fabulous. The very short wait time is greatly appreciated and the technician was very professional, kind, gentle and fantastic.

If you have small children, never! NEVER go with them to take tests in this lab! 2 lab assistants tried to take blood from a vein from my 3-year-old son! The child received huge stress, both hands were pricked, the test was not taken!!!!

This is the worst place to come to, these people are the worst, they talk to u so rude, have no manners, they have elderly people that come here and the treatment them very bad, don't even have any kindness in them, I wounder if they treat or talk to there parents like that

Constant wait times. I make an appointment specifically to come in and not wait. Been to several locations and this is by far the worst in terms of wait times to get the blood taken. I highly recommend going to another location. Employees here need to go through customer service training. Last time I came a month ago waited about 15-20 minutes while employees were just chatting. My wife just took my son in to draw blood and again, she said she is waiting for the past 30 minutes while it’s empty and employees are just talking to each other. I professional and I wouldn’t even give 1 star if that was an option. Find another location!

I had to wait almost an hour as did others in the office, the staff were nice and professional but they are understaffed.

I was just seen by the phlebotomist Natasha! She seen me on 01/17/24 on or around 1:35PM. She was so sweet, caring, and understanding. This made me feel so welcoming while getting my blood drawn. They need more people like Natasha in this world because she acts with empathy and compassion for her patients. I hope Quest can promote Natasha because she is deserving of it.

This place is trash rude staff will not help people staff would rather be in the back talking among each other instead of doing their job so sad that places exist people go their cause they need help and get treated badly

Extremely unhappy how they utilize their time to help clients .. I was at 3245 Nostrand Ave location and there were only two workers and they were doing everything which caused delays in service .. how could they draw blood do paperwork do customer service and whatever else .. and still satisfy clients by us just sitting around to be called ..

We had a good experienced visit today. The phlebologist took a blood test for my 3 year old daugther very gently. She was patient and nice. The office was clean and warm.
