When I arrived, I thought I might find Claudette waiting to help me. She has been very good in the past. Today, Claudette was at another location.
Shania (I think that is her name) was cheerful, thoughtful, and professional. Pretty good for early on a Monday! So now I can say that both phlebotomists have been excellent.
