The service is DISGUSTING in this place. I had an appointment early in the morning and the sign in wasn’t working. When I requested for help, the lady that works on Sundays, refused and acted very rudely towards me. I waited for more than an hour and she kept calling patients before me and when I asked why she started getting into an argument with me. Never ever would I go back to this place and I’m making sure that anyone I know also doesn’t go here.

Was told to check in on screen which showed a number, assuming I was checked in I sat waiting. After 45 minutes of other people going ahead of me I was told that I hadn't registered correctly. There were others who had the same experience. With only one attendant present. The service here is atrocious, STAY AWAY!

The Russian lady in there is very racist. I watched her allow two Caucasian people before me walk in the bath room to complete their drug test with their coats on. She did not check the rest room after. When it was my turn I was giving a dirty look and told to remove all of layers of clothing keep. As a black women I instantly felt uncomfortable because I knew what kind of facility I was in and that’s sickening.When I finally go into the rest room the garbage is completely full to the top. The bathroom is disgusting and the lady is very rude. While I’m handing her my urine she’s talking to other people there was no privacy or respect given to me.

Very nice nurse. They didn't have a container for the test I needed but she was able to locate the office that did have those for me.

I went for blood work and the two ladies who were there were super sweet!!! I barely felt the pinch of the blood work and I even got a laugh out of being there :) 10/10 I was also late to the appointment and they were still the nicest people!!!!

The long wait for scheduled appointments to do the test is soo long, only one employee working at the location which make people wait so long.
