I've been here four times over the last 3 years for routine tests. I can usually get in and out pretty quickly as a walk-in, and the staff has been really nice. It's weird to recommend a medical testing place, but this is a good one!

Had a really good experience here! I was concerned because I saw a wide variety of ratings, but the staff were nice, they were fast and responsible. I was in and out in about 10-15 mins and had no issues whatsoever. Happy to have a convenient location like this too near the train

Great location! Went for a blood test that my doctor ordered. First time I went they didn't have the order, but that was my doctor's fault. The guy was really upset and didn't seem bothered that I made an appointment for nothing.
After confirming the order was sent, I went back again and it was a great experience. Easy check in on their iPad and I was called back very shortly after arriving. I didn't have a wait either time. Jason was my phlebotomist and he was the best! Easiest registration, nicest guy and did so good with taking my blood. I was in and out in probably 10 minutes! Highly recommend and if you can get Jason, you won't be disappointed!

The service t this location was excellent and professional. They explained the test and what I needed to do from start to finish. The wait time was about 15mins.

Service was friendly and quick. I made a reservation online earlier in the day and showed up a little early to check in and got out before my appointment was originally scheduled.

Really need to hire a third person. When one calls out the other technician there is left alone to handle a lot of people. She did perfectly and I am sure she may have been a bit overwhelmed at times but she should not have had to handle almost 30 people on her own.

It’s the worst place I’ve ever visited. The office starts work at 7am, but I was waiting till 8:05 and nobody came.

Not open at 7 AM. Several customers waiting until 8 AM and it’s still closed. Would not recommend.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with Quest Diagnostics. I scheduled an appointment via the NYC Health + Hospitals website, where I was informed that I qualified for a free COVID-19 test. Despite having clear symptoms and being eligible for the test, I was told upon arrival that I needed a doctor's letter or had to pay for the test.
This requirement was not mentioned in the appointment confirmation, leading to a significant waste of time and energy while I was feeling very sick. It's frustrating that a service meant to be accessible to everyone in need is burdened with such unexpected and unclear prerequisites.
It's unacceptable for Quest Diagnostics to partner with NYC Health + Hospitals if they can't honor the free testing commitments, especially when timely testing is crucial. I hope they improve their communication and policies to prevent others from facing similar issues.

The worst experience in my life! The phlebotomist was unfriendly, had unkempt appearance and spoke with her colleague in Spanish all the time ( I don't speak Spanish ). But the most importantly, she drawn my blood so painfully and unprofessionally ( I am a RN and perfectly know how it has to be ), so 4 days later my arm still hurts and I have bruses!
I would not recommend this place!

I had a 7:10am appointment this morning.i was taken in to the room then. I had such a pleasant experience. The lady was knowledgeable and gentle.
Would definitely recommend this site
