My nurse Mekul’s was a gem. I usually fear going for blood tests because generally they have to puncture me several times before finding a vein that does not move. Melika was meticulous and searched for just the right vein before she punctured my arm. She was wonderful.

Having no one at the front desk, but relying completely on electronics, is a problem when you're serving people who may be ill or elderly. The staffer who took my blood was efficient. The restroom had no soap, I was offered the staff sink to wash my hands

There is often a wait line (especially on Fridays) but I went in on a midweek afternoon and maybe I got lucky but there was no waiting line, so I got the blood work done almost immediately. The team helping were courteous, careful, and professional.
