My nurse Mekul’s was a gem. I usually fear going for blood tests because generally they have to puncture me several times before finding a vein that does not move. Melika was meticulous and searched for just the right vein before she punctured my arm. She was wonderful.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Quest makes it impossible to speak to anyone. They never have anyone at the receptionist desk. They push everyone into doing all actions online. Is it ridiculous to want to set up a follow up appointment while actually in the office?

Having no one at the front desk, but relying completely on electronics, is a problem when you're serving people who may be ill or elderly. The staffer who took my blood was efficient. The restroom had no soap, I was offered the staff sink to wash my hands
