There's no human representative to call, there's no human representative in the front either. I guess they only have phlebotomists? They have u check in on an iPad (and either another patient told you that's what u had to do or u put the 2 together yourself because as I said there's no employee to help u). I just had to do a 3 hour glucose test. Had appointment for 9:20, wasn't seen until 10, (which is just for them to give me the drink...) I just ended up walking out. Had my kid with me, it was too overwhelming experience. I'm pregnant, just couldn't deal with it. I know because I'm pregnant I'm forgetful so try to write stuff down or I'll call a day prior if it's a new place to make sure I have stuff figured out. But no had to walk in unprepared since there was no one to call in the first place. I was obviously overwhelmed. I didn't yell. U could just see me about to cry and lady was acting like I was giving an attitude, giving me attitude which caused me to walk out. Having a representative would make their business go smoothly but maybe whoever owns it don't wanna pay for one. Idk. But I see why this place has 2 stars

I've never had a bad experience here - until now. But this one's really bad. They took my blood for a test and somehow put it in the wrong tube so the test is no good. That's right - they screwed up. I can redo the test, but since it was testing for the effects of something I was taking, doing the test 2 weeks later will give me a completely different result. More like 3 weeks because the New Years holiday is upon us and we are going away and everything is closed anyway. We will now not be able to tell if the medication I was taking was effective or not. This is a really big screw-up for me. I am sorry to say that I am now not confident in this place at all.

Super fast admittance. Nice and polite staff. Gentle nurse. Finding parking in the area is very difficult though.

I went there for 3h glucose test in the morning at 9.30AM, self check in and still not too much people. Everything goes well and the nurse was friendly.

Overcrowded waiting room, no interaction with staff. Horrendous.

Do not go there at all cost the staff is terrible. The 2 nurses and manager are terrible. Don’t know how to do a simple blood work on a toddler and worst of all take there time. They are extremely rude and very racist.

This location was understaffed, overbooked and unkept. There is only 1 check-in machine and no visible staff to work with. The waiting area is crammed with too many seats and no social distancing. An appointment does not guarantee you will be seen in the time slot you registered for, it is a complete inconvenience. This has been my third visit to this location and it was a horrible experience yet again. Do better!

Extremely dirty waiting area. The nurses are loud and obnoxious. They make everyone wait a long time even if they have an appointment. The nurse that manages drug tests is the worst employee I’ve ever met. She doesn’t even refer to me by my name, instead she calls me by an identifier I’d rather not say. If it wasn’t for my workplace requiring Quest, I would never use their services.

This place is absolutely awful. The waiting area is crowded and dirty and the staff is rude and inattentive. They appear to have overbooked every appointment slot and dozens of walk ins were treated like cattle and rudely informed that they may or may not be seen.I cannot imagine why health care providers would continue to refer patients here for testing and I ABSOLUTELY cannot understand why insurance companies continue to pay for this companies services.Avoid this awful place at all costs.

Ive been here twice and must say I'm not happy with them. First they never answer phones, go straight to recordings. Second they are not too friendly. You get call, say hi, and ask you reason for visit. If you have an unpaid bill they get defensive and a attitude ?. When you have an appt. you can check in your phone and will be call within 10min otherwise you must be prepare to wait. Note: The water dispenser NEVER have cups available, to me is totally wrong specially for elderly people who are having blood test in an empty stomach & need to drink water so blood flow easily. The bathroom wasn't to clean either. Convenient yes but service poor.

If you can go to a different location please do. This is by far the worse place. It’s 10 am and almost 5 people waiting, they call one patient every 30 minutes for a 5 minute procedure, by far the worse. They don’t have enough staff. At other places they will take no more than 5 minutes with you. Avoid this place at all costs even if you have an appointment it will make no difference.

I’ve been coming to this lab for a few years and not always but in a few occasions I have a phabatomist that is nasty, don’t have manner and need a costumer service class.I have this experience last Wednesday, when the phabatomist called my name and because I didn’t answered fast enough she got an actitud that I ignored because her misery is not going to be mine. She should leaved at home her problems and not take them to work.A supervisor should be aware of this frequent behavior because not all the phabatomist are nasty but 1 o 2 newest girls should be trained in customer service.Look at the reviews score and take action.

We went to Quest Bayridge Brooklyn location at 7601 4th Avenue on Saturday, 3/18/2023 for my 84 years-old mom. We were there for a stool culture, O&P, and a C Difficile tests. The lady (we did not get her name) who "helped" us was very rude and unprofessional. We gave her the script and she gave us 2 containers, one sterile plastic cup and one Para-Pak, but she did not explain or gave instructions on how to collect the specimens. We had to ask her how to collect and she told us to fill up the stool container 1/3 of the cup and scoop some on the other container. That's it, no other instructions. When we asked her if it is okay if my mom cannot fill-out the required amount her response was, "It's not my problem. Call your doctor. I am just here to collect". The containers were given to us in a brown paper bag. After collecting the specimens, we decided to drop it off at another location, only to find out that we collected incorrectly (one of the specimens was supposed to be frozen, and the rest is room temperature) and we were missing a third container. We had to re-collect the stool samples again which is hard for my mom.We will not be returning to that location in Bayridge ever. I will also be telling family and friends to not go there, I suggest Quest re-train the staff in that location or fire everybody and hire new ones who can work professionally and empathize with patients and their family. If I could give NEGATIVE stars, I would have!

Horrible experience, avoid this place. I went for an employment background urine drug test. Soon as I went into the washroom, the Phlebotomist started gossiping about me (about stuff that I didn't know about) right at the bathroom door loud enough so I could hear it and hence I couldn't pee. Then within 4 mins she started knocking that times up and she was delighted that I couldn't do it and kept on saying "not my problem" repeatedly. She couldn've just given me 5 mins of peace but chose to humiliate me for NO reason. I was so confused that I said sorry and she just eye rolled me. Ridiculous, I don't see any reason why she was so fckn irritated with me! I was being as calm and nice as possible but she was just toying with me.
