I've had the best experience at this location where my appointment has been honored and I've been treated well. This was mostly due to Jennifer who is an ultimate professional and has a great attention to detail. She's also very skilled in drawing blood and not onky I didn't feel it, but there were no marks left ghere as well. I highly recommend this location and will be coming here again.

This facility is a scam. I have been incorrectly billed for a past test and my wife and I have been fighting that bill. When I came in to take the new test they denied me service. They wanted to force me to pay the bill that I was disputing in order to get the new test I needed. When I refused to pay the large bill that I was disputing then all of a sudden they told me they could bypass the payment and give me the test. I find it very suspicious that the nurse was trying to collect a payment I was incorrectly billed for by denying me a test only to find out afterwards there was no need for me to pay to take the new test. Have the nurses become debt collectors now? This place is a rip off and a scam. The facility is really dirty and in a sketchy looking building. Do not go there.

Had a great experience with Dr. Tommy!
He was incredibly efficient and had me in and out in just 15 minutes.
He was working alone, he handled everything smoothly and was super nice the whole time. His calm and friendly attitude made the whole process really comfortable.
If you need to get drug tested, definitely come here, and make sure to come before 3pm! I’ll absolutely be coming back here if I ever need another test.
Also, just make an appointment before coming in. While they do honor walk ins, it makes the process smoother for everyone.

One day l went there for a blood work. There was a Chinese nurse who didn’t speak even one word except HI. She did 7 attempts to insert a needle into my vain. After the last l just walked away out of there. Next day my arm has been so much swallowed and very blue that l had to go to the emergency room. Think twice when you go there

Had a great experience here. Tamika took care of me and was kind and thoughtful with how she took my blood test. Also observed her wiping down and disinfecting areas that were heavily used before starting her care.

Workers/doctors there take so so long to call your name ‘ no help at all only a small screen to find your appointment online. Also Werid place to be honest.

I rarely leave reviews but this place is horrible. Waited almost 2 weeks for my results and only to find out they misspelled my name. How do you enter my name with 5 misspelled letters while you had my ID and insurance in hand. No one picks up the phone and if you go there asking for your results they tell you call quest customer service number. You call and rep cant find your results because of the misspelled name. I spent one week back and forth calling everyday. Do yourself a favor and go to different lab.

Jennifer at Bay 29st location, highly recommend. Jennifer was patient, attentive and kind to my child. My child is disabled, not an easy draw at all and she made sure he was comfortable and calm. Jennifer answered all my questions and was attentive to my child’s needs. Highly recommended Jennifer!

Despite the low grades, we went here because this laboratory was the closest. Very nice staff. We did not have an agreement, they helped us to register and we were accepted on the same day. The nurse's professionalism is off the charts, she is a very sweet and pleasant girl. My impressions are positive
