Unprofessional and HIPPA violation. The phlebotomy tech Alyssa was very good at drawing my blood but this was overshadowed by the lack of professionalism her and her co worker showed. The coworker (who was right next to me and I did not get her name) was on a FaceTime call when I stepped in for my appointment. They proceeded to talk amongst each other and the FaceTime person for the entirety of my blood draw. They were also extremely happy that I was 15 mins early for my appointment so they could leave, even refusing a patient stating they were closed which was not true. Had I came at my appointment time, they would still be there till the actual closing time. This just added to what other reviews have mentioned about them making up their own times of service.

I went to Quest diagnostics at 1000 Church Ave. I had an appointment for 10/11/25@10:20am. I checked in on the machine at 9:57am. There were 3 persons inside when I arrived, because my appointment was at 10:20am I went to the outside waiting area to await my turn. I see other people who comes in after me who don't even have an appointment got taken care of. I awaited my turn until 10:20am and asked the person doing the blood draw that I did not see my name showing on the display screen and I had a 10:20 appointment, she told me it was taken off. She was doing another person so I said let me wait and see if I will be called after she finished with that person. Would you believe that she just ignored me sitting there and continue seeing others who came in after me and mind you I was not late. I got up from my seat and asked again when I am going to be seen because she was taking in the 20:40am appointment now. I raised my voice a tone higher because of the disrespect and injustice that I was treated to. The female security at the front came in, instead she asked what is happening and she saw how early I came in for my appointment could you believe she told the blood drawn person to continue what she is doing and ignored me and then asked me if I am leaving. I said I had an appt and need to be seen.I waited until 11:50am went and asked the lab technician for her name, at this time I was really upset about how I was been treated. She told me her name was Lisa and she is not giving me her last name. I told her you are very unprofessional and disrespectful and discriminative person. The female security on duty said she was going to call 911 and I returned to my seat and said please do so. I sat there waiting for the police to come because I wanted them to check the cameras before they deleted any information. They even tried to explain that the computer is at fault with my checking in. My BP level raised because I felt my head getting giddy and I needed to check my sugar level so I left there at 12noon without being seen despite having an appt. When I was leaving I walked to the female security and I said KARMA is something that hits hard. Be careful what you do to others, it will come right back to you. Honestly speaking this is the first time I've had such a horrible experience going to a Quest diagnostics lab and believe me I will not be back at this location and I'm thinking so very hard because people are so evil these I should probably seek for something else. That is my experience.

Somebody give Raesean (I hope I spelled that right) a raise because she was so smooth with the needle I didn't feel a thing and didn't bleed out like I have previously with other people. I either get people who say they can't find my vein or they poke me and I keep bleeding way after I got blood drawn, but she did it perfectly. I'm always coming in to ask for her. And the young lady (I didn't get her name) who was assisting in the reception area was very nice as well. Overall 10/10 experience, came in and was out the door in less than 20 minutes with literally no complaints what so ever. Thank you!

This office is unprofessional in that they are unfiltered around patients. They talked aloud about not accepting anymore walk-ins past 4:30pm on a Friday. They had three staff and besides me one more appointment left. It was clear they were making that decision on the spot rather than it being a known policy. Someone walked in at 4:35pm and was told they don’t accept patients past 4:40pm only for another staff to correct the other one to say 4:30pm. When the person left they exclaimed: “thank god!” The person that gave me a test was sick (runny nose and sneezing) and seemed annoyed at giving instructions. Another staff said something concerning when labeling a tube: “I hope I don’t make a mistake this time”. The staff were not shy about not wanting to be there. I asked a question before I left and the response I received from the manager was a matter of fact. By the time I closed the door halfway, I could hear the manager start to talk behind my back. It was a weird experience. At least wait till the coast is clear to talk smack. It’s clear Quest doesn’t pay or train their employees enough.

I was on time, and
checked in for less than 60 seconds when I was called. My appointment was for 9am and I was going back at 9:02am to get my blood drawn. What great service is that? Very satisfied!

Not even a patient. I keep getting text messages for another patient. I tried calling this location to let them know and there’s no option to speak to a real person. Super disorganized and not safe for patients in my opinion. Anyway I hope the real patient makes her appointment and gets her info considering there’s nothing I can do to alert Quest

Ray My phlebotomist / nurse was excellent in terms of drawing my blood efficiently and communicating clearly. She was also highly organized and professional. Even though the facility only has four seats I was in and out within 10 minutes which is not bad when space is a scarce commodity.
Even the general manager for the site was there and she was pretty professional, educated and informative.
I would definitely recommend this location to family, friends and colleagues.

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a Quest location. They were fast, efficient, and friendly. I was in and out even before my appointment time! I highly recommend this location!

Best Experience Ever!
I went to Quest Diagnostics for blood work and a urinalysis, and I was so impressed with how everything went. The entire process was incredibly fast and smooth. The customer service was top-tier—friendly, professional, and efficient. I was in and out in no time, and to top it all off, I received my results in under 12 hours!
This was hands down the best experience I've ever had when it comes to lab work. Highly recommend Quest Diagnostics if you're looking for speed, accuracy, and excellent service!

Waiting room was a bit crowded. It might be good to have overflow folks able to wait outside in the lobby. That said, the wait to see a Quest technician was only a few minutes, even less than expected. The physical place is very clean and inviting.
Update - 28 Feb
BE AWARE: on my second visit to this place I found out after I got there that yes, the posted operation time is from 8am to 5pm, but what is NOT posted, is that those times are only for patients who have a prescheduled appointment. If you are a Walk-in, you have to get there before 2pm or they won't take you. That would have been nice to know BEFORE I made the trek out there. When I got there about 4pm, I was told they wouldn't take me. That means I have to go again next week and my test results be ready for my doctor by my scheduled visit with him, so I have to reschedule my doctor's visit.
Not a Happy Camper.
