We needed to get a blood draw for our 9 month old. The staff was so helpful and compassionate. It's not easy to do but they were patient and comforting to us and our child. We were able to successfully get the blood draw and have a positive experience in a challenging moment.

good experience, fast and simple, however bathroom is disgusting. tissues all over the floor, flush doesnt work.

Best lab experience I’ve ever had! Modern, efficient, super quick, and the technician was great. I’ve been to other labs that were slow and unfriendly and sometimes rude. Quest was the total opposite. Highly recommend!

Tech that did my screening is very rude! Her entire tone and demeanor is unpleasant. Find another location if you struggle with anxiety!

The appointment was easy to make on the app. I got a reminder for the appointment on my phone. When I arrived for my appointment, checking in was easy. All appointments are listed on a TV screen so I could see how many appointments were ahead of mine. The person who drew my blood was effective and caring. It is not easy to draw blood from me and the employee was quick and got it on the first try. The office was clean.

The person who works here is very rude. I called the day before & she said you can come tomorrow & you can do walk in. Now when I walked in she said I needed appointment. When I explained it to her, she said I have to wait until people with appointments have to taken care. I said I’m fine with that. But her approach of talking to patients is very rude. It’s looks like she is more upset that she has to do all the work herself & she is taking the anger out of patients.

Had a great visit to this laboratory! The facility is modern and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and professional environment. I had very little wait time, which was a pleasant surprise. The technicians were kind, professional, and made the process easy. Highly recommend!
