I highly recommend this place for all your pharmacy needs. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and they go above and beyond to make sure that I have everything I need. I recently had a prescription that was difficult to fill, but the pharmacist was able to get it for me quickly. I am so grateful for their help!

Raees pharmacy is a jokeA disappointment to the neighborhood.After coming from the ER today my prescription was sent to them in error because Raees pharmacy is on file, I moved to the Bronx NYI called Raees pharmacy to ask that they transfer my new prescription to Feelgood Pharmacy on 3rd Ave in the Bronx NY.Instead of transferring the prescriptions he offered to mail it to me on Monday and my expected delivery on FRIDAY.Even though he knows that I am ill, in pain and cannot travel to Brooklyn to retrieve the medications.I thought doctors had a certain obligation for patients concerns.There is no consideration for my wellbeing, which is to start taking the medications ASAP.Please find a pharmacy who cares and respects your health, who puts patients 1st. At least pretend to care.I do not recommend Raees pharmacyPlease look elsewhere for your business ??

# 1 Pharmacy I ever dealt with staff are excellent excellent customer service I was trying to get my medication from Walgreens literally a block away from 10:30 Am in the morning until 3:00 p.m. in the afternoon I called my doctor and changed my prescription over to Raees call them to inquire about it they told me you could come I went over there literally spent 5 minutes got my medication and I was on my way

The best service I've ever received at a pharmacy. Knowledgeable, considerate and professional staff. Noah, in particular, goes the extra mile to help any customer, no matter what their needs. I have a lot of pharmacy options and really wanted to support this small business, but I'm not interested in returning. I used to like them (the young women often working is very friendly and helpful - unfortunately, I haven't seen her recently). Lately I have been disappointed. While I was questioning my co-pay the man who was helping me laughed at me and became dismissive. When I asked him why he was laughing, he tried saying he was laughing at something else - which I didn't believe. I felt uncomfortable, disrespected, and like I was not valued as a customer. I went home and verified that I was correct - they overcharged me. The price I believed it should have been (free) was correct. Seems like he was laughing because he got caught? They also charge for UPS drop off. This is supposed to be a free service.

Very good choice if you live in the area and looking for a local pharmacy to call your go to place. They have quick service and medication prescription. I have filled out a prescription here once and they were great. I had help from the young women at the time. Unfortunately, I want a pharmacy that's walking distance. Just incase I have an emergency I could just walk over. Small world...one of my client's, who actually lives closer to the pharmacy does go here. She loves the service and has gone here for a long time. Eventhough it saus it on the card, not sure if they still do regular deliveries. She doesn't know if they deliver anymore though. I don't know either because I never had to use that particular service. Next time I my be in the neighborhood I will let you lovely people know in an update.
