I recently visited Ragga Muffin and had a wonderful experience. I would like to take a moment to express my appreciation for the exceptional customer service I received.During my visit, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They took the time to compare all my sizes and ensured I found the perfect fit for my needs. Additionally, I was impressed with the wide variety of products available at Ragga Muffin. I found the exact sneakers I had been searching for cheaper than stock x and snipes !Overall, my experience at Ragga Muffin exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be recommending it to my friends and family. Thank you once again for such a great shopping experience.

I shopped at Ragga Muffin on Flatbush Avenue until today. Because I purchased 11 pairs of men's K Swiss Classic VN sneakers in total since June on 3 occasions. I spent last 4 days researching and examining all 11 pairs after learning the official way to detect counterfeit KSwiss sneakers of this type. I even received a pair as a gift directly from the KSwiss website a couple of weeks ago. Every pair I bought from Ragga Muffin store at 934 Flatbush Ave. are fakes. Unbelievably fake and with glaringly obvious points of proving their being fakes. Every pair had SEVERAL proven points of being fake on each pair. one of the most obvious is the KSWISS emblem on sneaker in several areas. Every pair of fakes had an emblem which was not the same as real emblem's shape, nor did emblem EVER include words KSWISS. But most disturbing was the fact that on all of the fakes which had the ridiculously shaped emblem that was only somewhat similar to the actual genuine shape of the case with emblem also had the diagonal bars inside of the emblem going in the wrong direction! The bars inside of the genuine K Swiss emblem running a diagonal fashion going from the lower right to the upper left. The emblems on the fakes run in the opposite direction lol. It's really very pathetic. There are so many key points to look for in order to determine authenticity with a pair of K Swiss VN Classics. it was crazy because every single point that I looked at proved that the shoe was a fake. One of the other disturbing points which showed that they were obvious fakes was when I looked at the inside of the sneaker on both sides of the inside sneaker on the left side and the right side of the inside of the sneaker. About halfway down the length of the sneaker there will be a flap of some sort of textile that is supposed to be shown into the inside body of the shoe and not glued. Once you see that it is glued it is a key sign that you are dealing with a counterfeit pair of K Swiss. on at least two pairs of the case with from this store the person or persons who manufactured these counterfeit sneakers went a little bit further in their book of trickery and instead of just obviously gluing those flaps they didn't glue them but they tricked the consumer into believing they are not glued because that flap of textile actually has a rather neat line of stitching running down the side of it from top to bottom giving the impression that that flap is sewn into the body of the shoe on the inside part. So once an educated consumer would see that they would be satisfied and say to themselves wow these are real it has the stitching. I didn't trust it because of all the other points that stood out. So I ran my finger inside and sure enough The stitching was only stitched into the one piece of textile and was attached to itself lol! It did not attach that piece of textile to the body of the shoe it's just acted as a sort of fake element leading an uneducated consumer or easily fooled consumer into believing that it was indeed not counterfeit because this very big point of authenticity was present. I didn't know if I should just burst out laughing or camp out in front of the store until the shift came on in the morning so I could give them a piece of my mind very loudly. I am absolutely disgusted by what I have learned that every pair of 11 pairs of sneakers I purchased from this store are absolute fakes and not even good ones. Why did I even bother to question the authenticity of these particular sneakers I bought there? Because when my relative sent me that lovely gift from the actual K Swiss website and I wore those sneakers they were a dream and they were nothing like the crap that I had been putting on my feet from ragamuffin. Some of the pairs I got from ragamuffin were absolutely painful. Two pairs actually was so painful that they cut into my foot and actually cut my foot open after a few hours of wearing them while I walked. Some pairs would definitely not size 10 1/2 but much smaller. Some of the material used is not as bad as othe

I worked there for 8 years before moving out of the US. Not sure what people base their 'fake' items comments on.I did the back office and ordered most items. They had an account with North Face, Timberland, Adidas, Puma, New Balance, Ugg Australia, Descente, Polo, Champion, Dickies, Carhartt Guess, Clarks, etc. They couldn't get Nike to allow them to have an account because of Jimmy Jazz, Dr Jay's and Modell that are nearby. They compensate that by buying from partners who have accounts with Nike.I still have my Clarks, Puma, New Balance, North Face, Ugg, Asolo, Tims, Champion, etc., bought over 10 years ago.
