I made a purchase at this location. Loved the set up and customer service however, I had to return 2 items. The sales associate had me swipe my card and that was it. I never received the refund. Usually debit purchases are given back in cash. I’ve been calling the store to see if maybe their policy has changed and no one answers the phone. It continuously rings and then the call ends. I just want clarification.

Rude cashiers crumbled up my receipt, when i asked for a new one she tried to give me the crumbled up one. Unacceptable won't be shopping here again ?

I guess it depends on location but I personally would not shop here. In NY for a visit and went browsing while sightseeing. You would think people in sales would accommodate the needs and styles of customers but it seems to be lacking even for those on a budget. Only positives were being 2 floors, spacious and clothes were hung up. Other than that the customer service was poor and the want to be security looked suspicious himself. The clothes were barely of good taste and quality, not even for casual office days. Every day in NY is a party so not surprised.

The store is listed closed at 9pm but really they close at 8:20pm. They should update the store hours to 8pm then and not waste my time

So I bout some lace shoes they were white anyway I bought it took my receipt went home when I got home I tried them on they were too big and my ankle kept hurting do I decided to return cause they have a return policy when I got back to the story I told the cashier I wanted to return she said ok and asked for my receipt when I was about to give it to her this other employee came and said and I quote "U CANT RETURN THIS ITEM U HAVE WORN IT ALREADY" an I'm like huh I said "how else I'm I gonna find out if it fits or if I look great in it If I don't" she said nope can't return" I was so mad I toke my box of shoes and went home also a lot of people be putting there foot on the shoes on the shelf's trying them out but she's telling me I can't return them cause "I tried them on" like of course I would how else I'm so mad Bad customer service and pricey items

I'll give a 2 for customer service but how in the world do you put security devices on pleather shoes and clothes??? It puts a hole in every item and makes no sense. Do better
