This store never opens on time they do not follow company policies it's upsetting when the web site says one thing but the employees don't follow the instructions on the website they get in the store late and expect paying customers to wait for another 15+mins not fare I I'm so frustrated with this I'm still outside waiting for 25 minutes not fair for paying customers

The doorman at this store is very rude and very prejudice toward black people. I have travelled the world and have never been treated this way in any store. He claims to be a retired firefighter, but he is simply a disrespectful person who turns away Rainbow customers. I love Rainbow but I had to leave without buying anything because your security guard is bad for business. Rainbow you can really do better than this. I will never go back there. My friend and I we shocked by his bad his disrespect.

I've been to rainbow before, when I lived in Florida, And I am so new to the New York area, my first time ever going to a rainbow in Brooklyn New York and it was amazing, I love the style the colors the patterns it was just amazing

I was discriminated against because, I have a tote bag and, was asked to remove my wallet and leave my bag. I’ve shopped at this location for years and, never had a problem before. I won’t return to this location.

I’ve been racially profiled every time I’ve gone to this Rainbow, I’ve watched the doorman request that black shoppers leave their bags at the door and let shoppers of other races walk in with large bags — along other incidents of racism.

It says they close at 9pm but at 7:30pm they lock the doors and refuse to let you in.

The store has a huge selection of styles. Very well kept store. The plus sized fashions are plentiful and bright. The store is divided by juniors and plus sizes making it easier for many people.
