I went at 7:30, the doors were locked. The lady came to let someone out & I asked can I please come in google says you close 8:30. She did not let me in. Very inconvenient.

Is good but the things are a bit over priced the prices seem too much especially just for clothes that are not branded I love how they have clothes that are fashionable and trendy and in different aesthetics but is just the prices they also sell different products as well other than clothing the atmosphere is a bit basic and the music they play is purely just um let's just say interesting they also need to change their bags because they're uncomfortable to carry around cuz they hurt your fingers and they also rip easily b u t overall good store ?

Love they're clothing and accessories!!! Just not diverse in hiring staff. I've applied and even was turned away when I'm highly qualified. Lucky I don't like change. But please get better management asap.

There’s a Middle Eastern lady who works at the Rainbows in this location by Fulton and crescent street, she’s the only Middle eastern older lady with glasses who works there and she’s very rude. Honestly some people really don’t need to be in customer service and she should be fired. I always came to this rainbows and one day purchased a ring light. The very next day I go back with a receipt in my hand asking for another bag because the one I got the day before broke, it was pouring raining out and she gave me such an attitude telling me “she’ll give me a bag this time but to not ask for another bag again”. I never came in there before asking for anything, I spend a lot of money in there if anything…and simply needed another bag for my ring light as I was clearly traveling with my suitcase on my way to a show, it was raining hard, my other rainbow bag ripped and I just purchased from this store a day before. I wasn’t a random person just coming into the store asking for a bag. HR really needs to look into this lady’s behavior and not have her there because she can really hinder your business and not have customers wanting to return. No one should work there or in customer service period with her negative disgusting energy.
