Don't buy anything online from them. Horrible return policy. I spent $20 and they kept $7 for return shipping. That is a terrible way to do business. Copy Macy's model and provide free returns.

Terrible customer service! The girl at the cashier didn't want to take the money from me for the product I wanted only because it was a dollar coin and not a bill. Aggressively threw the coins I had placed on the desk in front of her on the floor. Embarrassed me in front of everyone. Skipped me and my friend in line and made me feel uncomfortable and scared. I won't go back there again that's for sure!

The employees at this store are really not nice. They don't know how to behave, they treated me very badly. I would not recommend this store at Kings Plaza Mall at all!

A team of rude employees, behaving in a disrespectful way! I was shamed in front of everyone and they didn't let me buy the product just because I didn't have the money in bills but in half dollar coins. United States money. This store in kp mall absolutely not recommended!By the way all the 5 stars here it's from the old store they had on the first floor. Now they located on 2nd floor different stuff and everything!

Went to to return a sweater (purchased at this location) and was rudely told by the Cashier that $3 items can't be returned or exchanged, THERE ARE NO SIGNS ANYWHERE IN THE STORE STATING THIS! Receipt says to see store for return policy & in store sign states returns within 7 days to original form with tags attached & receipt; I HAD BOTH! Cashier said "It doesn't matter if the tags are attached or if the receipt is valid, if it's a $3 or $5 item it can't be returned". Told her a sign should be posted stating this, just shrugged her shoulders and continued to ring up another customer. There are no fitting rooms in the store so if you buy something tat doesn't fit you're stuck with it! My purchase was on 6/20/2022, today is 6/22/2022 well within their time frame. Ladies unless you are 100% sure of what you're buying DON"T PURCHASE FROM THEM!! They are notorious for changing their return policy o the spot! Once they have your money that's it! That's how they stay in business. Stay Away! There are other options!

Only place I get my short and long sleeve colored tee shirts at a reasonable price. They wash and dry well! Staff are polite.

Some good cheap stuff for a little bit of money. I like this store. I mean it's not brand name or anything but you'll find lots of clothing for different seasons at reasonable prices.
