Our tour guide, Artit, was very nice and attentive to our needs. He chatted with us the entire time and helped us get comfortable around the elephants and tigers. Great experience overall!!!!

This guy who claimed to be the manager very unprofessional he over charge me for two sale it came to get my money and looking at something on his counter he said he doesn't want any one reaching over his counter I said OK he stated going on about his phone getting stolen I said am not a theif and I don't car about ur phone he get upset and said go to another store for my refund I told him put me out or call the police still standing here smh

Was a great store until poor customer service from a supervisor with dreads who should not be in dealing with customers by the name of "Williams". Way too volatile to be in this field of work.
