Whatever you do, do not take your car or even your worst enemy's car here. They gave me back my car late and there was a weird smell inside that I still can't air out to this day. My car was late and they ended up overcharging and upselling me on features I didn't even ask for that they took the liberty of adding on. Never again.

I've been going to Ralph (Jr.) and John's (Joe) for over 7 years. Hard to find master mechanics and body shop with generations of experience under their belts like them. I only trust Ralph and Johns on the best cars I own. Over the last several years, that has included a 2011 Dodge Challenger R/T, a 1974 Dodge Charger 440 Magnum and a 1966 Olds 442. No one does it better or cares as much as these guys do. Treat them right and they will treat you right too. Highly recommended. And, believe me, I have been to every shop in Brooklyn! These guys are for real.

Took my car in for a small dent on the door. Ralph told me it'll be done by next day. We'll, it was... and to top it off, car was washed in and out. That was unexpected. Totally recommended this place.

Let me begin by saying the management is alright in this place, but the workers ... So my car requires disassembly of the entire posterior window and trunk, driver side door, and paint due to extensive damage, it was a five star just for the looks, but two things happened immediately. 1. Someone puncture a hole in my car key set, the unlock button was gone. 2. The resembled the door incorrectly, it scratches the door rim immediately. I was at shock when I realize had two problems at hand, so I inform them about the key ring, it was taken care of right away, and I would just WD 40 the door when I get home. My repair took place at September, by November I notice my rear window's heater does not work to melt snow, but I survived without it. About a year ago, there was this funky burnt smell in my car, I went into a shop, and they lifted my rear view window's heater compartment, the wire was open and left hanging, and of cause it sparks when it's flopping around. The accident happened near their shop while I was en route to the airport, they took my car in and drove me to my flight, so I can live with my car being less function than before. So I give 5 stars for the new look of my car, but minus two for the workers try to set me on fire by leaving loose electrical wire hanging around the plastic compartment. Minus 1 star for the bad car door assembly that cannot be undone by WD 40.
