Okay, first of all — do not buy a Beautyrest. After more than 60 days of sleeping on it, it has never broken in. The sales staff actually seem to know this about the mattress, too. Be very careful when combining promotions, because you can end up paying more. When you total the payments from their 0% financing, the final amount is significantly higher than the advertised price — especially compared to using your own credit card or paying cash. You could honestly go to another retailer and skip all that hassle.
Their delivery team is still fantastic, though — polite, on time, and careful with setup.
While my initial experience in the showroom was great, dealing with their customer service afterward has been a headache — long, drawn out, and frustrating. I’m now stuck with a $4,000 mattress, sore shoulders, and unreturned phone calls. I’ve had such good experiences with Raymour & Flanigan in the past, so this has been really disappointing.

We had such a good experience with Laura! She was super knowledgeable and really took the time to help us find the right mattress and adjustable base. She explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy and even kind of fun. What really stood out is that Laura stayed in touch with us all the way until delivery — she kept us updated, answered all our questions, and made sure everything went smoothly. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. Thanks again, Laura — we’re really happy with our choice!

I had a wonderful experience with Masha during my recent visit to the store. She struck the perfect balance between giving me space to browse independently and being available when I needed assistance. Rather than following me closely, Masha let me know where she would be if I required help, which made my shopping experience feel comfortable and relaxed.

Sales lady is very welcoming and patient when we visited to purchase the furniture.
However, the after sales support from Raymore & Flanigan is lacking and basically does not exist. Purchased a bed and 2 nightstands. They arrived without any box packaging, just wrapped in moving blankets.
The delivery guys rushed me to sign after they assembled the bed. After signing the delivery, I found many cracks/damages on the furniture. Contacted Raymour & Flanigan customer services. They refused to replace the furniture and said they will send someone for repair, but no one ever came to address the issue or attempted repair.
There is basically NO after-sales support once you pay for the products :)

This is the second time that I go the store to improve my furniture in my apartment. I am very happy to see a variety of choices that the store has, and it is affordability. Highly recommend.
