Dont waste your time or $$ with them. They have moved locations and dont answer the phone when u call during business hours at any time. I left a voicemail got a call back days later only because i needed to pay the bill. I made sure to set up a delivery appt to end business with redbin i made sure to ask the person on the phone that i was cancelling the service she said yes i asked twice just to make sure.They were over an hour late to deliver. This was last month. I got a nice bill from redbin this month again as if i was still storing my stuff with them. I called again and noone answered again. I left a voicemail and they never returned my call. They did refund my money a few days later. This company wasn't bad at first i never had to leave a message they always answered and were polite now its trash. The woman who answered the phone was talking to me like i was stupid it was very frustrating and she ended up f****** s*** up on top of that but whatever glad im not giving them my money anymore!

I was enjoying this service until October 2018 when they raised the price of their bins to $7 a bin) and November 2018 when they introduced a 3 bin minimum even though I only had 2 bins. I received no notice/email communication of this change. I had to audit my bank statements to discover this. I wanted to put things in storage and forget about them until I needed them again. Kinda uncool.

I was supposed to get my bins today from them between 12-2pm. Still waiting. Never retuned my calls, e-mails, or text. How unprofessional! They raised the prices on me which why I am getting my things out of storage. It wasn't so bad when they were located in Brooklyn where I was able to get my belongings but they moved their facility to Mount Vernon where it is impossible for me to get there without a car. Delivery they also raised so I was going to have them deliver and take the 20 minutes to get my things so they would not have to come back. Still no word at 9:20.... just want my things!

wow, really wish I would have read some of these reviews before using redbins. I too have a missing bin. and I've been calling everyday to find the bin. every time I call the only answer i get is "we are looking into it" but no one is keeping me updated. I have to call. AND they are still charging me for storage. how is this a legit company?

I thought RedBin was great, until I got [some of] my items back. They came to drop the boxes off on time, pick up was on time. All was well and then they forgot a box when they dropped it off. I have now been following up via email for 3 months for my ~$300 worth of shoes, kitchen supplies, and personal items that were in my box and have had no resolution. The contact given to me takes a very long time to respond to me, and I've called many times asking to speak with a manager and have never received a call back. If you care about the items you're storing, I'd be wary to use RedBin after this experience.

LOVE redbin!! They delivered bins right in front of my door whenever I wanted. I took my time to pack the bins and they picked them all up whenever I want. They were always on time, very careful with my stuff, and very nice. All my stuff came back in pristine condition. Great prices too. The best part is every time I contacted customer service, either phone or email, they were so helpful. Very accommodating. Always happy to provide solution for situation. Best customer service ever! I'm overseas all the time so it's really nice to have them just pickup my stuff before I leave and I don't have to worry about them anymore. LOVE THEM!! I'll be using them forever!

HORRIBLE! This is the worst quality service I have ever seen. They charged me $25 for missing a pick-up, when I had specified (and they had noted) that I wanted my stuff at a later time. I talked to customer service, and it wouldn't budge, and in fact said I couldn't even get my stuff until at least 3 days later - and I had scheduled to have them come today. Their service is a complete LIE and quite honestly a scheme.

Ordered 10 bins for $5.00 each and driver showed up on-time. I filled 8 bins and driver came back to pick them up and that guy was on-time too. I got a full credit for the 2 bins I didnt use. No charge for pickup or delivery. I got a bunch of stuff out of my apartment that I dont really use that much. I dunno, This seems like a no brainer to me. Great idea, great service, No issues.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!! Nobody there seems to be willing to help me and, in fact, have all been acting incredibly rude and unprofessional. All I have been trying to do is simply have my boxes brought out of storage for 20 minutes while I reshuffle some items an then have them returned to storage. Plain and simple. But it's been a nightmare. A total nightmare. I've had to speak with four different people - all rude and unprofessional and unwilling to listen. Hanging up on me. Dictating to me what THEY have decided to do with MY belongings. A real nightmare. I can't believe the level of unprofessionalism. I simply want to manage an order. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!
