I've been a customer already. And to be told that I have to pay the first months payment is insane. I've never missed a payment. And never gave a problem to the employees. So why should I have to pay 150$ for the first month's payment. Even as a loyal customer I didn't receive any kind of promo discount or offer. And I've referred customers to rent a center.

I called a week ago for pick up of a love seat sectional and it was never picked up, I have since been charged for the sectional after they choose to disregard my pick up and reschedule it for a week later.

My husband order a electric bike 2 days ago u guys laged on bringing it never got a phone call or anything saying u guys wernt coming that day u guys realy need to get it together an learn how to do your job or be trained better or something cuz it is very unacceptable

Terrible customer services. Anthony needs more training in communication skills. I have purchased a bedroom set via email. When speaking with him, he was raising the price inconsistent to the value price found online. He kept talking about taxes, and I got that, but he had a poor tendency of not allowing me to talk. He kept interjecting, and when I asked to be serviced by another representative, he denied me that opportunity. I'm really disappointed with him and the poor training he received. I have to go somewhere else for services to complete the sale. Rent-A-Center needs better oversight to avoid customer dissatisfaction. I had a better experience in Florida.

Recently purchased an electric bike that is not functioning properly. The brakes squeaking and squealing upon applying them. The lights and horn cable were not put on properly, causing the wire to snap and disconnect it. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
