I called Riser less than 24 hours ago with a partial outage in my building. They sent Gerald at 9am the next day and he was excellent. He was friendly and worked quickly, staying to call Con Ed with us when it was determined that it was a larger issue. Will be keeping them on our 'speed dial'!

Riser Electric was recommended to us by another electrician. Avoid ! Absolutely Terrible. Sent video and pictures for a job and they gave us a quote but for 3 weeks they dragged it out and never showed up. Just shows how reliable recommendations can be.

Similar to the other bad reviews - Chris was very responsive at first. He gave me a quote that we agreed upon, assured me that he was licensed and would send over COI/license info, scheduled an appointment....then never showed up and never responded to multiple calls and messages. I will not work with Riser Electric again.
