Horrible customer service. The cashier in the front has a very nasty attitude with the customers for no reason at all. This place needs new staff ASAP! WILL NOT BE RETURNING HERE.

Terribly ran store and pharmacy. Not only has another family member had issues getting their medicine on time, but even with me - no workers, a long line and no type of customer awareness from the supervisor to jump in and help get us our medicine. Legit just allowed the line to continue to build up. Absolutely crazy customer service and they get away with it because it’s the closest pharmacy we have in the area.

Rude cashier who continued his personal phone call as I walked up to the register. Ignored my greeting, just repeated my total. This is why I use the self-checkout, if it is working, because your staff is so rude. I won't bother coming to this location anymore because it is an unpleasant shopping experience - each and every time.

This place is horrible. They have no stock and the workers are rude. Rite aid needs to investigate their franchise. This place gives you a bad name.

This store's refrigeration unites have warm each time I step in there. Grabbed a photo when I saw the temperature read out.
This store has 3 self checkouts units which for some reason don't ever seem to be turned on or serviced when that error message shows up.

They never had my refills ready.
Any time I came here having new issues!
Worst pharmacy I've ever seen.
Their pharmacy didn't open at scheduled time but it is closing with a seconds precision.
I was there in the morning at 9am and saw at least six people who were waiting for openings. But all the stores were closed despite their schedule. Nobody was inside the store so a doors stay closed after 9am. Therefore I had to leave so didn't know when they opened.
I tried to pass there at 5:10pm but it was already closed.

Everything is locked up. I’ve been shopping here for a long time, before they painted that mural on the exterior of the pharmacy.
They stopped being 24 hours when Covid hit and still close at 9pm.
Everything is locked up or has a security tag on it (ice cream, candy, soda bottles, laundry detergent etc).
Just close it like the rest of the Rite Aid locations have been closing since you treat paying customers in the neighborhood like thieves. I used to live right across at 1680 for several years in the early 2010s and it was nothing like this.
Also, the dark skinned bald West Indian manager clearly has an attitude problem and does NOT want to be there.

This place is in a death spiral. I wonder if corporate wants to close it.
$3 tubes of toothpaste are locked behind plexiglass and you’ll wait several minutes for a grumpy salesperson to come open it for you.
No thanks. I’ll go around the corner to the grocery store.
