Extremely difficult to get in touch with the pharmacy. They do not pick up the phone, so it’s impossible to know if your medication is available or not. The lines are always at least 5 people- it just makes it extremely hard to get. several times I have been without medication because I call to refill and they fail to answer the phone and let me know I need to request a refill from the doctor. I literally am forced to go in person and wait in line just to be turned away. I would suggest gena care or literally anywhere else. I’ve never experienced a pharmacy that is either so understaffed or simply careless with patient health.

Awful customer service at the pharmacy department. No wonder they are closing down shop from April 20th 2025. They served this community for a long time! The general store employees are nice. But the pharmacy dept/employees are just not good.

Have a question or a problem with your medication? Trying to check for a product before you come to the store? Too bad! No one at this pharmacy EVER answers the phone and this store probably doesn’t carry any product you’re looking for anyway.

THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE STORE IS EMPTY AND PHARMACY DOESNT HELP LIKE THEY SHOULD FOR ONE MEDICATION I WAS SENT BACK THREE TIMES TO THE STORE AFTER TELLING ME IT WILL BE READY AT 4 when I get there now they don’t have the medication mind you I already had to wait in line 35 minutes because they only have one worker at the desk with 5 employees in the back and 2 registers

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I had a toothache and went to get some medication but the shelves were barred, even the locked shelves. The store is practically empty and the workers basically act like they know nothing. A pharmacy with no medications makes 0 sense.

I've never seen a more backwards, non common sense pharmacy! You literally have to call in for them to start your prescription or they make you wait for days. The laziest, rudest, nastiest humans Gid created. They get a attitude with you because they not doing there job! Ridiculous

The phone number listed does not ring in the store. I explained to the people in the store. I explained that since I accidently threw out the bottle so I did not have the RX number so I had to walk in for a refill. I explained that the number online was either invalid or no one was answering the phone. The completely ignored me when I said that, and just replied it will be ready in a hour which probably means three. They just don't care.

Are they going out of business or have they just given up? The shelves are bare and the only items that remain are WAY overpriced. lt looks like the company has given up on this location which is really sad because the staff are nice and there are a lot of people living in this community that need the type of products they sell.

Firstly I will not say the pharmacists are bad…Cause I didn’t had any bad experience with them but there systems and online appointments sucks truly!
I took an appointment for my brothers Covid vaccine(for kids).When I called to confirm they said they don’t have it…I called more than 10 Rite Aid pharmacies which showed that they have it on the website but They actually don’t have it.Why the hell is the website allowing people to take an appointment for that!?
Then 2 rite aid had a vaccine and they confirmed in call…one of them were too far…the other one were far too but I still managed to ride for 2 hours for the vaccine as it was very urgent…and then they said;Oh you have Medicaid?we cannot give the vaccine with Medicaid…the vaccine is very expensive and Medicaid doesn’t cover that anymore…Literally you should have mentioned that either in website or in the call as I called them 2 time before going there…
