avoid at all costs. you can't shop here because everything is locked up. so don't come here to grab a drink. I come for the pharmacy and on a good day I'm on line for 20+ minutes WITH NO ONE IN FRONT of me - As in I'm up next - with others on line the wait is 30min +. The staff is terrible. They have absolutely no customer service skills and no sense of urgency.

Employees are always nice and helpful. Drink refrigerators have been off or broken for the longest time, Update they still haven't turned on the refrigerators for the drinks, 3 months now.

I have been picking up all my meds here for years (unfortunately). The pharmacy staff are rude and also have frequently given me misinformation about my meds, saying I can’t pick them up, or telling me I can and then I get there and have to wait super long. Most recently I had to go without my necessary medication because they would not give it to me citing interactions with my other meds, even though I had been picking up this combination of meds for months without issue. Because I am prescribed pain meds AND anti anxiety meds, they treat me like a drug addict when I come in and try to get my prescription (telling me I shouldn’t be taking it with my other meds, despite not being doctors). I was not able to get all my meds. I hate this place with all of my soul. I would have my meds delivered but can’t because neighbors often have packages stolen, which I can’t risk with my meds. Staff will be condescending, saying “no baby I didn’t say that”, referring to things they literally just said. Hoping to find another pharmacy that carries my meds. The place is often leaking from the ceiling, the refrigerators with milk products are often HOT, you gotta get an employee to open the locks to get the simplest items, and they take forever to come. I’ve been to many rite aids and this is THEE worst one. Additionally, I got one of my covid boosters there, and the woman told me she could not inject into my arm because it was tattooed. This is NOT true.

This location might as well be closed 24/7 because they NEVER answer the phone at the pharmacy. I’ve tried multiple times to refill my prescription and it just rings and rings. Rite Aid really should close this location or tell its workers to start working.

Horrible customer support, non existent service. i have to reach out multiple times to make sure my prescriptions go through because they don’t at several occasions although everything would be confirmed from my doctor’s. Everything is locked up, you need keys for even the milk and drinks. There’s just one cashier at all times although the line might run all the way back to the pharmacy. Very unsanitary and unwelcoming. Sad we only have this pharmacy in the area, we need more competition

Nadalie, at the cashier desk is amazing. Most of the time there are multiple people and it takes so long to buy a simple thing. It was literally just her and the line moved so fast. Hope rite aid knows how lucky they are to have her.

Truly the worst. Nobody works here, everything is locked up. If they weren't a pharmacy this place would be out of business. The only pro about getting my medication filled here is that they sell redvines and those are hard to find.

There were 3 security guards standing around doing nothing and only 2 cashiers. The line to check out was so long I saw multiple groups of people leave. This store needs to get its priorities straight. They probably lose more money from the line being too long vs people stealing

I don’t usually leave reviews but, if I could leave a minus star I would. The pharmacy here is trash. The workers are rude and have no customer service skills. They act like they are doing you a favor when it’s what they are being paid to do! I have been forced to use them because this area has limited pharmacy and drug store access. If you can avoid them please do it. You’ll be doing yourself a favor. The store itself is also bad. Everything is locked due to theft. It takes forever to get someone to help you get a product that is locked. There are long lines and general poor attitude demonstrated by staff here. Again, avoid them if you can.

Slowest service on earth, how do they get paid to work lol. I never come here before work I spend my money where they are awake and ready do to their jobs lol. Line is at 8 people on an afternoon.. like what is going on in this wrecked Rite Aid ? I usually don’t say anything but I’ve seen it like this an entire year now lol. No one checks in on this place? Clearly ?

NGL THIS HAS TO BE THE DUMBEST RITE AID I’VE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE. THEY LITERALLY GOT ROBBED IN BROAD DAYLIGHT. EVERYTHING IS LOCKED UP. WANT A DRINK? GOOD LUCK, THEY’RE ALL LOCKED UP. EVERY TRIP I END UP SPENDING TWENTY MINS IN LINE. TIME IS MONEY, YOU WILL LOSE IT IF YOU SHOP HERE.

This store makes me WANT to steal from it as someone who never has. Seeing milk locked up is definitely politically radicalizing. The manager must be a republican boomer to think that it's actually the community's fault destroying their business by stealingSo he locks everything up and has cops posted outside and big security guards staring at their phones bc that's literally all they can do anyway But the reality is they gotta be losing money this way bc it's so grating to shop here I personally have walked away from a locked up item after waiting for it to be opened for way too long dozens of timesOr chosen a different place because I don't want buying a Gatorade to take half an hourAnd it doesn't even make sense. Once they unlock it you take the item to the register yourself, so what's to stop someone from walking out with it at that point anyway? It just doesn't make sense. The amount of money corporations miss out on from shrinkage/theft is nothing compared to the catastrophic decline in sales they will continue to face if people dont casual shop and buy things they didn't even know they were looking for, and when they also abstain from buying because everything is locked in a cage. And people just don't like being treated like this. It is embarrassing and dehumanizing. Lived here for years It's been annoying for a while but now it's seriously just impossible to shop here
